This is the very first move I learned & is my favorite to this day! The Running Man is one of the foundations of shuffling, along with T Steps. Of course, this is not an in depth breakdown. There is a lot that goes into it. However, THE FIRST STEP IS TRYING. It will feel awkward, and it could take months even before it clicks enough to go full speed. There’s thousands of tutorials online to follow as well if you’re looking for a more in depth breakdown. I have a couple of recorded classes of mine if you’re interested in that too!

The most important thing is to have fun, laugh at yourself a bit, and stay consistent. 5 minutes a day is better than nothing at all!
