IT’S OFFICIAL: WE ARE THE KURES. 🖤

This name wasn’t just given to us - it was built by us.

Back in February, we started a project to find a name that matched the energy of this community. We went through the ideas together - Kandies, Keys, Echoes - but one name stood out from the start, something we've all been using since the very beginning.

After weeks of voting and strong debates about the most beloved name (🏅 shoutout to the Kehoes and Kandies, two strong second and third places!), she finally saw it.

Swipe to see the moment @kamikehoe made it official:

“You guys are legit the Kures tho, you guys cure me as much as my music cures you. 🥺🖤”

To the OGs who voted on day one and the new fam members joining us today:
This is your home.
We are a community built on connection, healing, and Kami's raw rock energy.

KURE GANG CHECK-IN:
If you were here for the vote, drop a “⚡️”. If you’re a new Kure, drop a “⭐”.
Let’s see how deep the gang goes! 👇

[And to my heart family who has been here since day one of this fanbase, just know that I LOVE YOU all and I'm forever grateful to have you all in my life. You guys cure me too. 🤍] taken in Europe by @kamikkure

THE KURE IS GLOBAL. 🤯

We just binged @kamikehoe’s deep dive on the @joelmartinmastery Podcast and the facts are insane:

🎤 Tour Secret: She sang "Separate Ways" with #Daughtry on the tour! She was an opening act for them during their most recent tour.

📈 Big Gains: Kami has officially passed 70 MILLION* streams globally!

🎧 Viral Queen: Every track on the KANDY EP went viral before it even dropped.

🥁 Real Talent: She still writes and produces her tracks (along with the amazing @cvrtmartin 🔥) to keep that raw characteristic sound.

Which fact surprised you the most? 👇
And have you seen the interview? You can find clips on our highlights.

(*Cumulative streams and views verified via Spotify, YouTube, and TikTok analytics. The numbers are rising fast and are now over 80 million already!)
