SI SE PUEDE LA PEOPLE!

70.3 miles of proof that discipline always beats excuses. Crossing the finish line at @ironman70.3capcana was the culmination of months of showing up when it wasn’t easy—trusting the training and staying present through every single mile.

A massive shoutout to @racejunkiesusa for the constant encouragement.
You guys are the reminder that through sports, we truly have the power to change lives.

And to @karinaclemant16 , thank you for the expert advice and the training plan that pushed me to be stronger and never give up, even when things got tough.

Your ability to smile through the challenges and the pain will dictate how you deal with your reality. Thank you @themiamimarathon for such an amazing experience.

Having my kids at the finish line was AMAZING 🥰

This race taught me so much, I had not trained because of shin splints from my previous race, but like I always say compound effect shows when you least expect it. We had been doing the work for almost 2 years and we crushed our PR by 25 minutes on a very hot day.

Special thanks to @kari1031 who I met in person minutes before the race started and she pushed me to get this amazing time.

Also special thanks to ALL my friends that cheered me up through the race... you know who you are! 🙏 Much love to all of you! by @kamilotorres
