NEW STUDIO UPDATE🤍 I have made a post so people can find me easier! Please take your time to read it all as everything you need to know will be in this post! Cafe portico is inside the same building so if you’re unsure what to put into maps you can put that! This includes parking information, what to do when you get to the building (I’m on the first floor!) and I have included videos on how to find me from the main road in town. Hybrid brows & LVL on a gorgeous new client! It’s her first time ever getting her brows done and I’m so pleased that she was over the moon with her brows and lashes🥹 If you swipe you can see she already has naturally gorgeous brows she just needed some shaping and tinting! Lets do some hybrid brows and dive deep into what I used and why🤍Brow buffer: removes build up of make up and impurities. It’s gentle but effective, creating the perfect base for hybrid dyes and other treatments Cloud cleanser: I always double cleanse to get rid of any residue of any other products. This lightweight foaming cleanser is perfect in leaving the brows squeaky clean before a treatmentBrow restore: to ensure all hybrid dye is off and it doesn’t keep processing, I love to go in with something gentle to clean the skin and the hairs. The brow restore is perfect as it leaves the skin and the hairs so healthy after any treatmentSecond skin: creates a layer between the skin and wax. Adding that extra layer of protection! Helps to reduce redness and irritation from waxing and allows me to pick up every single hair, as it preps the skin perfectly for the wax Divine glide (hard wax): this wax is truly nothing like I have ever used before… it picks up every single hair. EVERY. TIME! Even better that the wax was created with clients skin and comfort in mind🤍Skin balm: a soothing and hydrating balm for after waxing. Helps reduce irritation and leaves the skin soft and calm. It also perfectly sets up the skin for our next step…Skin blur: colour correcting balm which blurs redness without any need of concealer. I never use concealer in my treatments anymore🫶🏻 with the help of skin balm it melts into the skin beautifully! (Allow the skin balm to dry on the skin or remove with a dry cotton pad before applying skin blur) Silk drops: multi-botanical oil blend which improves shine and softness of the hairs. Happy 5 years to my baby (aka Kami’s brows)🤍 I started brows as a side hustle at uni as my mum suggested it, so it would fit around my course and assignments. I loved it more than I thought… I took more clients whilst focusing on my forensic psychology degree. I would work before and after uni to fit as many people in as I could to grow my business🥹I completed my masters degree in forensic psychology and I just wanted to see Australia… so I did and had the best time of my life yet I still felt fear that I will come back and have lost everything that I started to build Since coming back in 2024 I made the decision to do this full time and see what happens… I have had opportunities that I never thought I would🥹 As much as I have worked full time for just 2 years, this business has been slowly growing over the last 5 years but I’m so grateful to now be able to put all my time and energy into Kami’s🤍It’s truly been such a blessing starting brows as it has led me down a path that I truly love. I have met some incredible people along the way, most clients turned into friends. I am forever grateful for clients choosing me and my ability to give back by creating gorgeous brows and creating a safe haven for all my clients that visit🥹 This all wouldn’t be possible without the support of my clients, family or friends (especially my mum as she quite literally helped me build this from the ground up🤭). I feel the luckiest person alive when I sit and think about how much support I have around me🤍If you’re a new brow artist please don’t give up, keep pushing and building and perfecting your technique. Because trust me, never in a million years did I think I would get fully booked or that my technique would improve. But here we are as practise makes perfect and as long as you stay true to yourself, everything will work out how it’s supposed to🤍So much love for every person that continues to support me, wouldn’t know where I would be know if it wasn’t for all of you🫶🏻Here’s to another years of Kami’s🤍 by @kamisbrows
