All of the sudden, so many people want to start getting in shape…

They hyper-fixate on what to eat, tracking macros, how to workout, and quite frankly NONE of it is necessary.

Ask yourself, what is your purpose?
Are you doing it solely to impress others, or is this a genuine change that you want to make in lifestyle for yourself?

What you see in these pictures, is 10 years of discipline and dedication to being a healthy individual. Not to be mistaken, it’s also good lighting and taken in the middle of a workout.

I promise, you can eat anything you want, IN MODERATION.
Simply partake in some form of movement everyday.
Stay consistent. Prioritize recovery.
Most importantly, make sure your mind is always in the right place.

Peace and love always.

If you are someone who cares about the foods you put in your body, the things you put on your body, how you look, how you feel, or even would just like to support a local / all natural business..

Do yourself a favor and go check out Island Butter.. they are based out of Tampa Bay FL, and the product is made with all natural ingredients (so safe you could literally eat it and be just fine)

No chemicals. No additives. No BS.
Just all natural butter.

Crazy how some of the “closest” people in my life don’t support or ever show love on what I’m doing,

Reminder from me to you, always be your most authentic self. Do what makes you happy in this life. Nothing will ever beat hard work and dedication.

Maman et moi en le Moroc..

A large portion of who I am as a young man, has to do directly with my mother. I am forever grateful for the relationship we have, the experiences we’ve shared, and most importantly the sacrifices she has made at my benefit.

Je t’aime beaucoup ❣️

There’s something special about slowing down, breathing deeper, and pushing through the cold alongside other people.

At Embers + Ice, we believe recovery isn’t just about what you do for your body — it’s about the people you share it with.

This is where contrast meets community #tampawellness #contrasttherapy by @kampfwellness
