Those are the best pictures of me before the weight and muscle 🤣. Has no arms literally, 1st pic was summer 23” n the 2nd pic was summer 22”. Then moving forward a load October, November (2024) n January 25”.
Flat bench PR -205x1
Incline bench - 155x6
Deadlift - 225x4
Squat- 225x8
Before pics weight - 132kg
Current weight - 163kg (eating crazy af )

I know I didn’t show all my growth cuz I jus don’t take pictures from my before since I wasn’t confident nor satisfied. But I get it now 😭. Besides that just leaving a message for ppl who want to work out , you don’t gotta be me 5 days a week or lift the heaviest weight. It’s all in the time, it took me months to move 135kg on the flat bench and now chest is my fav workout ever. Nonetheless this I gotta thank these ppl @its_justkhi @djrodney134 @homiefresh2_ @damien_ovalle .

Last thing , I didn’t have any real motivation last year in March 2024 I got really really sick. The girl I was cool with grew distant and we no longer talk to each other and my biological father passed away. Those were the things that put me at my lowest even when things were getting better. But somehow somewhere I still kept going this is never easy bro, but it pays off. Do your best because I wanted to fail , but here I am. Hope this helps someone! Big shoutout to @djrodney134 again becuz it’s his workout program I use! Aight that’s it 😭 by @kamui.4k
