A special thank you to our mental health educational partners, @edgesportscounseling ( @ladricca.white and @carmencmczeal )for once again pouring into our community with practical tools and guidance around athlete mental health. We were also honored to recognize @kandacefaye as she continues her son Kyren Lacy’s legacy by advocating for greater awareness and support for student-athlete mental health.One of the biggest takeaways from our conversation was this: mothers are often the first to notice when something has changed. They see the quiet moments, the frustration, the withdrawal, and the subtle shifts long before anyone else.But recognizing those changes is only the beginning. Mothers deserve access to the resources, strategies, and expert guidance that help them know how to respond.As the business of college sports continues to evolve, protecting our athletes means protecting their mental health, too. That work starts with educating the people who know them best. by @kandacefaye
