Introduction post! 🌿My husband has been nudging me to hop on this trend for a while now, and I finally decided to do it! So, here is a little intro: My name is Kander. I’m an entrepreneur, and I’ve been in business for 8 years now, currently based in North Carolina. Several months ago, my husband @dwightpauldillon was just getting started with AI.He reached out to someone he knew, hoping to bounce around ideas and learn together. It didn’t turn into the collaboration he had hoped for.Instead of giving up, he kept learning.He spent countless hours teaching himself, joining AI communities, asking questions, building, failing, and trying again.Today, he’s helping train others, both inside and outside our business, on how to build AI agents that actually solve real problems.It’s a reminder that sometimes the closed doors aren’t there to stop you. Started learning ukulele this month.Forty years old, sitting in my living room, fumbling through chord changes like a complete beginner, because I am one.It’s humbling. And it’s exactly what I needed.Here’s the thing about success in business: the moment you stop feeling like a beginner is the moment you stop growing. Building a business together as husband and wife has been one of the greatest joys of our lives.We don’t have the same strengths, and that’s the magic.One of us dreams big, the other builds the plan. One moves fast, the other refines the details. One sees possibility everywhere, the other makes sure it actually works. Instead of competing, we complement. Instead of clashing, we collaborate.Our differences don’t divide the work, they multiply it.When we combine our strengths, ideas grow faster. Problems get solved smarter. Wins feel deeper because we built them side by side.It’s not always easy.
