Welcome to KCM, to the very brilliant Sam Ward. Sam is a member of platinum-selling group The Ten Tenors and is currently rehearsing for Opera Australia’s 70th Anniversary Production of My Fair Lady.

Early in his career, Sam was awarded the Playbill Future Prospect Award at The Rob Guest Endowment, and was later nominated for a Sydney Theatre Award for Best Performance in a Supporting Role in a Musical for his portrayal of Henri Baurel in the original Australian production of An American in Paris. He has continued to build an impressive name for himself within the industry ever since.

Most recently, Sam played the dual roles of Paul Owen/Detective Kimball in the sold-out Melbourne premiere of American Psycho, and appeared as Walter in the ABC series Dog Park.

In 2024, he completed the international tour of Miss Saigon, understudying and performing the role of Chris throughout Australia, Taiwan, Singapore and the Philippines.

Sam has also lent his voice and physical likeness through motion capture to Garret Ward in the world’s first long-form VR musical, Castle Gillian.

Throughout 2018 and 2019, he toured Europe and the Caribbean in Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, playing the role of Frank, understudying the roles of Tick and Bob, and serving as the cast’s Vocal Captain.

His other credits include William Murdoch in Titanic (The Marrollo Project), Whizzer in Falsettos (StageArt), Del in The Beautiful Game (Manilla Street Productions), Marius in Les Misérables, and Billy Lawlor in 42nd Street (Free-Rain Theatre Company), alongside appearances in Jesus Christ Superstar (The Production Company), A Very Naughty Christmas (Woodward Productions), They’re Playing Our Song (Company Eleven), The Enchanted Pig, and Together Apart (Gertrude Opera).

We are so excited to get to champion @___samward___ through this next chapter of his career- a chapter that we know will be full of so many brilliant projects! by @kanecoghlanmanagement

Lucy Maunder will be taking on the iconic role of Judy Garland in End of the Rainbow as part of Ensemble Theatre’s 2027 season.

A role as layered, demanding and iconic as Judy Garland feels so perfectly matched for the incomparable Lucy Maunder. We can’t wait to see her bring this legendary woman to life with the depth, vulnerability and extraordinary artistry she is so widely celebrated for.

Watching Lucy continue to take on roles of this magnitude is a privilege, and we know audiences are in for something truly unforgettable.

A huge congratulations, Lucy. We couldn’t be prouder.

We are so happy to officially welcome Tanika Anderson to the KCM family!

Tanika is a Chinese-Singaporean Australian actor and a true triple threat, whose career spans television, musical theatre, presenting and live performance.

From ABC’s Fisk, NCIS: Syd, and her time as a beloved member of Hi-5, to Disney’s Australian productions of Beauty and the Beast and Frozen as Queen Iduna- Tanika has built an incredibly diverse career. She has also presented for Channel V, interviewing the likes of Ben Stiller, proving there is very little she can’t do.

Among performers, Tanika is also legendary for auditioning for Beauty and the Beast at seven months pregnant- complete with choreography, high kicks and all- and booking the show. It’s a testament not only to her extraordinary talent and determination, but also to her desire to challenge perceptions of what’s possible for women and mothers in our industry.

With a career defined by versatility, resilience and an infectious love of storytelling, we’re thrilled to be part of this next chapter with her.
