Shooting starscapes is a wonderful way to slow down and really embrace the night sky. Feeling the immensity of space and the blanket of galaxies above has its way of helping me keep life in perspective even when life seems heavy. Even in the darkest reaches of our universe you can always find a star that shines its light back at you. Grateful for this time spent in its presence.

A million stars above one of the greatest views on earth. The Grand Canyon after dark hits different.

Timelapse taken from a slightly different angle from an incredible vertical panoramic image of the milky way over the majestic Grand Canyon. Taken over a 4-5 hour period. Amazing what the camera sees! Standing on the edge of the abyss to the naked eye all we could see was a sea of darkness into the void of this magical canyon. Juxtaposed above is a blanket of stars that we spin in this cosmic bathtub of star dust. Grateful for all of it!

The Southwest Monsoon🤞🏻Adventure is officially underway. 🌩️🏜️

I’m back out here with one of my best friends, Kane — photographer, mountain man, and my Colorado+ adventure partner for years. (Pictured on the right)

This morning started before 4 AM. Headlamps on, cameras packed, half asleep, heading into the darkness with no idea what the sky was going to give us.

Then the light started breaking over the Grand Canyon.

Standing there watching one of the greatest landscapes on Earth slowly come alive, I was reminded why we keep doing this. The early alarms, the long drives, the storms, the miles, the unknown — and getting to experience it alongside a great friend.

Some mornings are worth losing sleep for.

This was definitely one of them.

And we’re only a couple days into the adventure. 🤘🏜️📷

New Release ENCHANTED ASPENS

Slender white Aspen trunks rise like quiet sentinels, their pale bark catching the last breath of golden light. The forest floor is a living tapestry—ferns unfurl in soft green waves while violet blossoms drift between them like scattered whispers of dusk. Warm sunlight filters through the canopy, painting the grove in a gentle glow that feels almost otherworldly.

There is a stillness here, but not emptiness—a hush that seems to listen back. The trees stand in loose harmony, neither crowded nor alone, as if arranged by some unseen hand. Light and shadow weave together, blurring the boundary between the seen and the imagined, until the grove feels less like a place and more like a quiet spell suspended in time. by @kanefineart
