At the doors the biggest objection to what you are trying to sell is TRUST. You are a stranger and they don’t know you. Regardless if they want what you are providing, people will be skeptical of you that’s why you always build rapport. Here you can see how my conversation with both the homeowners leads them to make connections with me which in turn opens them up and gives them a realisation that I’m a person not a salesmen. Sometimes there isn’t much “selling” involved and it is more of becoming a friend that will allow them to open up and make it an easier decision. Here I closed a $600 job that took me 20 minutes to find. by @kanesmithsells

The first but not the last… Great day cleaning over 300 panes of glass at the Cherokee Mitsubishi dealership. It was a grind but hard work always pays off.
