Šiandien @rallyedumaroc vyko prologas FIM klasės atstovams ir "shake down" FIA klasei.

Rally GP klasėje greičiausiais Daniel Sanders sugrįžta į Maroką su vienu tikslu - nugalėti. Motociklų klasėje Danielis Sandersas siekia trečios pergalės iš eilės ir revanšo Maroke – vienintelėse lenktynėse, kurias pernai pralaimėjo. Varžovai neketina lengvai pasiduoti „Visą sezoną atkakliai kovojome, tą patį darysiu ir čia“, – įspėja artimiausias jo varžovas Tosha Schareina. Šiandien Danielis Sandersas pergale prologe įrodė, kad be kovos nepasiduos.

Rally 2 klasėje pergalę iškovojo Bruno Crivilin atstovaujantis Monster Energy Honda komandai. Klasės lyderiui 39 sekundėmis nusileido septintoje vietoje finišavęs Dovydas Karka. Lietuvis net kurį laiką fiksavo geriausią trasos įveikimo laiką. Atstovaudamas „Duust Rally“ komandai, Dovydas Karka grįžta į Maroką praėjus metams po to, kai 2025 m. varžybose užėmė devynioliktąją vietą bendrojoje įskaitoje ir vienuoliktąją – „Rally2“ klasėje. Vėliau jis dalyvavo 2026 m. Dakaro ralyje, kuriame pasižymėjo užimdamas 23-iąją vietą bendrojoje įskaitoje, tryliktąją – „Rally2“ klasėje ir ketvirtąją – tarp naujokų.

Keturačių gausa nepasižyminčiose varžybose Antanui Kanopkinui nebuvo lygių. Jis įtikinama persvara įveikė savo varžovus ir iškovojo pirmąją pergalę. 2024 m. „Rallye du Maroc“ keturračių įskaitos nugalėtojas Antanas Kanopkinas („CFMoto Thunder“) dar kartą įrodė, kodėl jis yra pagrindinis varžovas, kurį visi siekia įveikti. Lietuvis aplenkė Leonardo Martínezą („Can-Am Martínez“) 1 min. 11 sek. ir iškovojo penktąją pergalę greičio ruože iš eilės (įskaitant keturis paskutinius „Desafío Ruta 40 YPF“ etapus). Tai buvo dvidešimtoji jo karjeros ir devintoji 2026 m. sezono pergalė.

Rytoj į varžybų sūkurį įsisuks ir likę lietuviški ekipažai iš FIA kategorijos: Gintas Petrus, Rokas Baciuška, Mindaugas Sidabras ir Ernestas Česokas.
