SERHANT. NYC Headquarters 🏙️

My first visit to SERHANT. HQ in New York City was an opportunity to experience the company firsthand, connect with the team and get a closer look at the work happening behind the scenes.

One of the highlights was sitting in on a SERHANT. New Development presentation featuring 10 West 17th Street, a boutique condominium project in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. It offered insight into the strategy, creative vision and collaboration involved in bringing a property of this scale to market.

From New York to California, I’m proud to be part of a team that continues to expand its reach through strong leadership, talent, and innovation. 💙

🪽to my sweet child, loml, my soul dog i miss you so much. i have no words only heart ache. my days are a lot quieter without you. all i want to hear is your nails on the floor, the jingle of your dog tags against the water bowl, your cries for wanting my food, your loud greetings when i return home, your rugs all bunched, your never endings ways to destroy things in the home, your ability to answer to all your nick names, your side eye, your kisses, your love for Tommy Bahamas and car rides but most of all your love for me.

And never in a million years I would’ve guessed when we took our first roadtrip back home that six years to the day that you’d be making your way home.

thank you for your daily reminders that you are still with me in spirit. Thank you to anyone who knew and loved my sweet gizmo. He was a special gem and am so thankful for the years we had. It will never be enough, you’re forever in our hearts and your memories live on.

You were the bestest little boy. 🐾

love your mom

Relocating to Orange County means finding more than just a new address. It’s finding the right place to start your next chapter.

My clients were making the move to OC, and we found the right fit at 17 West in Costa Mesa, a modern community that checked the boxes for their new home.

So happy to officially hand over the keys and welcome them to Orange County.
