![What if birth prep wasn’t just about learning what might happen - but about learning how to move, breathe, make informed choices, and stay connected to your body’s wisdom and strength through it all? 💜
The Yoga of Birth is a comprehensive childbirth preparation course, available live and on demand, designed to help you feel ready, supported, and empowered for YOUR birth.
You’ll explore:
✨ Yoga positions, movement + alignment for labor
✨ Breath, meditation + mindset tools
✨ The stages of labor + ways to keep things flowing
✨ Common interventions, including epidurals + Cesarean birth
✨ Birth plans + birth intentions
✨ Partner support + postpartum recovery
You’ll be guided by Rachelle Luczynski and Melanie Wachsman, experienced birth and postpartum doulas and Ma Yoga prenatal teachers who bring decades of combined experience supporting people through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum – with a warm, practical, non-judgmental approach that honors your choices.
💜 “I immediately applied the information from each section in conversations with my OB, my partner, and in interviewing and hiring a doula. I was able to initiate those conversations more confidently. I have a clearer picture of what my options are for labor and delivery.” – Meghan Janssen
💜 “[The Yoga of Birth] provided so much insight into the birthing process, options expectant mothers have, and the importance of standing in your power as a strong woman. I have gained confidence to ask my OBGYN questions relating to my birth plan.” – Alexis Craft
Starts November 4th – live on Zoom + on-demand
