Today we took part in the annual Breakthrough T1D Walk for one of our philanthropies, Type One Diabetes, in honor of our sister Emily Culver!💙

💜Today is Purple Day💜

Purple Day is a national day of action to raise awareness by showing support and honoring those who have and are fighting domestic abuse.

Today we showed our support through tabling, wearing purple, and speaking about how much this philanthropy means to Kappa Tau. Our sisters loved being able to make purple ribbons for everyone to show action, breaking the silence around DVAM.

Last week, we had our Pie a KT fundraiser! We had such a great turn out and such amazing support to support one of our philanthropies, domestic violence awareness as we spread more awareness for DVAM!! Meet a Member Monday!!

Sister of the week: Connie⭐️

Connie is a junior double majoring in political science and social work in the pre-law track. Connie joined Kappa Tau in the spring of 2025. She is currently our Vice President of Sisterhood Relations, and a member of our executive board! One of her favorite songs are Latina Foreva by Karol G

Advice to New Members: “Definitely try everything, meet new sisters, older actives etc. I think the best thing I ever did was give everyone a chance to meet me as my authentic self. I got to learn a lot from the older actives.”

Favorite KT memory: “I have so many but my first one is going to my first pride with a sister, and I loved becoming a big. It is such a gratifying experience and I love my littles so much!” by @kappatau
