Karlee and I delivered box fans to some meals on wheels clients this afternoon. It’s such a humbling experience to make these visits, but also very rewarding. It lifts my spirits every time I volunteer for MOW routes. I’ve been running my same route on Fridays for 5 years and although my people have changed a little over that time, I have some that have been the same and I know them and they know me just like family. They always ask about my girls. It’s just so sweet!

If you have a free hour, our local meals on wheels office is always in need of volunteers. Especially in the summer when the college kids aren’t here to get their hours in. Consider picking up a route. by @kar2cro
