From KANSAS TO FLORIDA! 📍🌴☀️

Your girl is officially licensed in TWO states 🎉

After 4+ years of building experience in the Kansas real estate market, I’m excited to announce that I’ve officially expanded into Tampa Bay & surrounding areas !

After exploring my brokerage options, I’ve decided to make Dalton Wade Real Estate Group my home for this next chapter 🏡🥂

I’m bringing my experience, strategies, and passion for real estate into a new market, and I’m looking forward to the relationships, opportunities, and projects ahead.

Looking forward to getting more involved in the Tampa community, connect with local investors, builders, developers, fellow Realtors, and industry professionals. As I grow my local vendor and business network so If you’re in the trades or a related industry, let’s connect!

There are some exciting projects happening around this city, that I have the pleasure of being part of and sharing soon.

Tampa Bay, let’s work! 🥂#tamparealtor #realestate #tamparealestate by @karabillie_

Fashion has always been a love of mine 👠✨
After years in the fashion industry, being surrounded by creativity, culture, and vision was a breath of fresh air.
For the night, I went with ’80s glamour bold, unapologetic, and all about making a statement.

@laquan_smith After Hours Show, presented by @tampabayfashionexperience and hosted by @beyondthebleacherz with support from @buccaneers was a reminder of what Tampa needs more of: fashion experiences that bring creatives, culture, and community together without having to travel to NY or LA.

From connecting with fellow creatives to hearing the designer share the inspiration behind his designs through conversations w/ @deannekingtv and leaving with a fashion illustration from @paperbackstudio , the night was a beautiful reminder of why I fell in love with fashion in the first place.
More fashion. More culture. More spaces for creatives to thrive in Tampa. 🥂 by @karabillie_

Yachts & Yoga hosted by @marinemax_clearwater was a morning much needed. 🎀🛥️🐬

I’m usually at events where the focus is on business, networking, and constantly thinking about what’s next, so yesterday felt like a meaningful pause from the pace I’m so used to moving in.

S/O to @yogawithsae guiding our morning with slow movement, stretching, and affirmations not just to prepare our bodies for the day, but to quiet our minds and reconnect with ourselves. Then came @littlebitezeventcatering , @stpetebagelco , mimosas and @motherkombucha and some women owned vendors before we headed out for a peaceful morning cruise 🌊 Between the honest conversations, unexpected laughs, new connections, and TWO dolphins swimming alongside us on the way back, the whole experience felt like a gentle reminder that joy doesn’t always have to be earned through exhaustion. 🥹🐬

I walked in not knowing many people, but I left feeling grounded, open, and refreshed. It reminded me that growth isn’t always found in the rooms pushing us to do more, achieve more, or become more. Sometimes growth looks like allowing yourself to be still long enough to hear what your spirit has been trying to say. It looks like being present without needing to prove anything, and giving yourself permission to receive instead of constantly pouring out.

My reminder to you: you don’t always have to be in go mode. You are allowed to slow down without feeling guilty. You are allowed to choose peace, make space for joy, and experience moments that nourish the parts of you no one else gets to see. ✨

And even better, we came together for a purpose, with proceeds supporting Moffitt Cancer Center for breast cancer awareness. 🩷🎀 @moffittcancercenter by @karabillie_

The best kind of room is one where people are building something bigger than themselves 🤍

Had the pleasure attending the launch of the Tampa Bay Foundation , a night centered around purpose, connection, celebration, and giving back.

I love seeing people come together who genuinely want to see Tampa Bay grow, evolve, and create more opportunities for the people who call this city home.

There’s something inspiring about being surrounded by builders, innovators, community leaders, and doers who aren’t just talking about change, but creating the foundation for it.

A special thank you to @tbtechweek @hyloinno @michaelhalltm @emilyadams_ @jesus.vidaurri_ @thesapphiretampa for continuing to create spaces that bring our city together. I walked away with new connections, great conversations, and even more excitement for what’s ahead.

This feels like the beginning of something meaningful, and I can’t wait to witness this initiative expand and change the city 🤍 Congratulations to your team @michaelhalltm @sambarrington 🥂✨ by @karabillie_

I used to think being ambitious meant constantly doing more. Now I think the real power is creating a life where you don’t have to sacrifice yourself or the people you love to become the woman you know you’re capable of being 🩷 by @karabillie_

Yesterday HALC Women’s conference was absolutely eye opening 😍 Being in a room full of Hispanic women in finance, business owners, leaders, and women who have built extraordinary lives from very ordinary beginnings was such a reminder of what’s possible when you refuse to let your circumstances define you.

Hearing stories of women who were single mothers, struggling to make ends meet, starting with very little and now leading teams, building wealth, becoming millionaires, and creating opportunities for other women was incredibly inspiring. I come from a family that struggled financially, so so much of what they shared felt familiar. I’ve seen women carry everything, sacrifice, figure it out, and keep going. And honestly, it reminded me that some of the hardest seasons can shape you into the woman you’re meant to become.

One thing that really stood out to me was learning just how much women’s financial influence is growing. Women are becoming increasingly involved in investing, wealth-building, and major financial decisions and are projected to control more than 40% of global wealth by 2030. That’s why financial education matters. Every woman deserves access to this information, the confidence to understand her money, and the opportunity to make informed decisions about her future.

But one of my favorite things I witnessed was the ladder of women bringing other women with them. Not competition. Not “I made it, good luck.” But “I made it, and I’m going to help you get here too.” Watching women recognize one another and say, “I wouldn’t be here without you,” was such a beautiful reminder of what sisterhood can look like when we use our power to build instead of compete.

When one woman learns, she can teach another.
When one woman wins, she can create an opportunity for another. When one woman rises, she can reach back and bring someone else with her. And there is something incredibly rewarding about being in a position to help another woman take charge of her life, become financially empowered, become a leader, and create something of her own. That’s the kind of success I want to build 👑✨ by @karabillie_

Couples who work remote: this IS quality time 💰♥️
I’ll take this kind of busy. Building a life, building businesses, and building together. 🥂 by @karabillie_

Went to ECBS this past weekend for the first time, and one thing I keep thinking about is the value of being a beginner.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 10 years and I’m still actively in real estate, so I’ve built skills in sales, negotiation, communication, relationships, and helping people build. But stepping into financial services has challenged me to expand my knowledge and see money, business, and service from a different perspective.

Being coachable and keeping an open mind has been one of my biggest lessons. You can have experience and still not know everything. There’s always another room to walk into, another perspective to learn from, and another skill to develop. And I’m grateful I get to do this alongside powerful, like-minded people who are just as committed to growth. We learn together, eat together, hold each other accountable, celebrate each other, and keep pushing toward something bigger than ourselves, building a legacy for our families and creating more freedom for our lives.

A special thank you to my coach and business partner @muniz.natasha_ for teaching me the ways, challenging me, and most importantly, being a genuine friend through the process. I’m grateful for the relationship we’ve built beyond business.

I’m not starting over. I’m expanding.
Taking everything I’ve learned through real estate and entrepreneurship and adding another layer through financial services.

Different tools. Same mission: build, educate, serve, and create freedom.

And honestly, I’m just getting started 🏦🌐 by @karabillie_

Professional demeanor. Scarface energy. 😂

I’ve seen enough behind the scenes to know that being nice doesn’t always get you anywhere. I’m all for being kind, professional, and easy to work with but when I’m representing my clients, I’m going to make sure their interests are being protected.

I believe documentation beats conversation, receipts beat promises, and knowing your worth changes the way you negotiate.

So I’ll smile & be approachable.
But just know I stay ready so I don’t have to get ready 💼💅🏽

I GOT YOU, FAMILY. 🤎

Being underestimated is a blessing sometimes because what they don’t know is… your money girl has been paying attention. 😂

I’ve spent years in real estate learning how to read contracts, negotiate terms, catch the details, and understand what is actually being agreed to not just what sounds good in the conversation. And now, as I’m expanding my knowledge within the financial services community, I’m realizing just how important that same skill is when it comes to your money.

Read the contract. Ask the question. Look at the numbers. Get a second set of eyes.

One of the reasons I’m in the real estate + financial services community is to learn and share the things we aren’t always taught, shown, or encouraged to ask about. I’m not interested in just knowing how to get you into something.I want you to understand what you’re getting into.

And listen sometimes leverage doesn’t look like money.
Sometimes leverage looks like knowledge.

I’m not saying this because I think everybody is out here trying to play you, I’m saying it because i dont want nobody to play with you. I want you to know what to look for. I want you to know what questions to ask. And if you don’t know, that’s okay just don’t sign blindly.

If you have a policy or contract you’ve been meaning to have someone look over, send it to me. I’ll look at what I can, and if it’s outside my lane, I’ll leverage my network and find somebody who can.

Because sometimes the biggest flex isn’t having more money.
It’s knowing enough that nobody can talk circles around you about the money you already have.

That’s the kind of knowledge I’m after. And that’s the kind I’m bringing back to my people. 🤎

The goal isn’t to be the smartest person in the room.
The goal is to make sure you’re not the least informed.

Educational purposes only. Contract-specific legal questions should be reviewed by a qualified attorney.

Skincare, waterfront views & women in real estate? Say less. 🥂✨🌊

Thank you @beachgirlsrealestateclub for the private invite to this beautiful experience at Viceroy Residences in Clearwater Beach.

We walked in to mimosas + curated bites, received the cutest gift bags, then got a little Korean skincare education from @her_glow_chapter before going step-by-step through our glow routine. ✨🧴

Fun fact: @weareriman uses ingredients like Giant BYoungPool, which is grown on a smart farm on Jeju Island and is 3–4x larger than traditional BYoungPool, plus Jeju Lava Energy Water that’s naturally filtered beneath Jeju’s Hallasan Volcano and contains 12 essential minerals for skin hydration. 👀✨

In between the skincare and good conversations, we got to experience the waterfront property, meet fellow realtors, make new connections, see a real-life sloth & kangaroo 🦥🦘, and get a sneak peek at the future Viceroy Residences through a virtual tour.

I walked away with glowing skin, new connections, and a whole lot of inspiration. 🤍

If you’re a realtor looking to experience more of the St. Pete + Clearwater scene, follow @beachgirlsrealestateclub . The community + vibe is unmatched.

Loved everything about this one. Until the next! 🥂🦥✨ by @karabillie_

Thankful and grateful for the woman I am today. Becoming her required a lot of growth, self-work, and the love of the people who have walked this journey with me. I’m grateful for every relationship, every lesson, every mistake, and every chapter that shaped me. I’ll never stop learning, growing, making mistakes, or having the humility to correct them. I’m still becoming, still refining, still raising the standard, if you know, you know… we Virgos are never quite finished. 😂🤎 Here’s to another chapter and many more blessings to come. 🥂👑 #virgoseason
