Eating in Flight

Karan Malik booked our flight tickets from Bombay to Delhi and got us upgraded to premium economy.

The menu card at premium economy was insaaane, flight attendents were very sweet to give us everything on the menu, trust me everything and even the Business class food.

what a crazy journey, crazy flight.

Gurgaon’s best? Hmm 🤔

Recipe - Serves 4 to 5

Marinade 800 g boneless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces 1¼ cups buttermilk 4 garlic cloves, grated 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper

Coating 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup cornstarch 1¼ tsp garlic powder 1¼ tsp smoked paprika ¾ tsp salt ¾ tsp black pepper ¼ tsp MSG (Ajinomoto) Oil for frying

Bang Bang Sauce 
⅔ cup mayonnaise ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce 3 tbsp chili oil 3¼ tbsp sriracha 1¼ tbsp honey 1¼ tsp rice vinegar 1¼ tsp light soy sauce 1 small garlic clove, grated Pinch of MSG

Garnish sliced green onions & egg yolk

Marinate for an hour ➡️ coat ➡️ fry at 350°F (175°C) for 4-5 min ➡️ toss in sauce ➡️ BANG BANG 💥 by @karan.malik1
