Inspiring information for navigating menopause, and heart health❤️

Three take aways from the experts @hartfordhealthcare

1. HRT is not dangerous and may be protective for some women
2. Exercise is the free drug that can’t be beat- must strength train!
3. If your doctor won’t listen to you find a menopause specialist who will

Thank you American Heart Association — Connecticut @heartconn and @adriaheartconn for inviting me to moderate the panel and holding this important discussion!

See you at noon, 3 and 4 on WFSB - Channel 3 Eyewitness News Great Day Connecticut

Science backed natural solutions for ADHD:
Brisk exercise before you have to focus, Vitamin D supplements, sunshine and the number one supplement according to clinical research for ADHD brains is a high-quality omega-3 fish oil.

On Kara’s Cures @drjenstagg from @naturaldoctors show recommends 500 -1000 milligrams a day. This is where quality counts or you may have toxins in the fish oil, suspect two brands like @nordicnaturals @metagenics @designsforhealth (a CT company)
