One of the best things in new construction right now is the prep kitchen… and this one does not disappoint.
Built by @HuntingtonHomes (the luxury division of @HighlandHomes), this beauty is Ready Now, and the prep kitchen alone could start a bidding war with our own kitchens at home.

Step back here with us.
You’ve got custom cabinetry, a full @WolfAppliances setup, @SubZeroGroup refrigeration, and a prep space that practically dares you to host every holiday from now until 2050.
Endless counters, storage that seems to multiply, and functionality that spoils you instantly.

If you’ve ever dreamed of a kitchen behind your kitchen… this is your moment.”

Every house has secrets. Most of them are a cracked slab or a 20-year-old roof. This one went a different direction.

This home isn’t on the market, so most buyers will never hear about it. If you’re looking for a home like this, we’re your contact. Comment SECRET and we’ll reach out.

And for everyone else: if your house had a secret door, what would be behind it?

Size matters. And at this Flower Mound home, everything comes BIG.

The kitchen has a 60-inch Wolf range. The house sits on two acres. Out back, there’s a stocked pond where you can fish right off the dock, and a cabana with a fireplace and an outdoor kitchen.

And that’s not even half of it. This one is coming soon in a gated community near Grapevine Lake.

Want to see the rest before it hits the market? Comment “BIG” and we’ll send it to you.

Some rooms you walk through. This one, I had to sit down in.

Cast-iron soaking tub. Travertine and onyx underfoot. And right outside the window, a rock waterfall fountain the owners added themselves.

You’d sit in this one too. Admit it.

Bubble bath or a good book? Tell me how you’d spend your first hour in here.

Do you want the full details? Comment TOUR and I’ll send it to you.

I can’t fix your golf game. But I can help you find a home with a view of the fairway.

Living on the course is its own kind of life. Almost two acres of breathing room. A backyard that backs to the 6th hole.

Gated, guarded, and the model home for Tour 18.

30+ years in East Dallas and I’ve learned that we have our own unwritten rules. Nobody teaches you. You just pick them up from your neighbors.

That’s what I love about this place. It’s the porch conversations, the lake walks, the Friday nights in the stands. It’s people who actually know each other and unite!

These are a few of our inside jokes. I know I’m missing some good ones.

What’s the most East Dallas thing you do?

Some homes come with good bones. This one came with a plan.

Ten-foot ceilings, detailed moldings, and beautiful floors were already here. Before moving in, the owners called the award-winning Dallas designer @danabassdesigns, known for layering pattern, texture and bold color. She reimagined the kitchen, dining room, family room and primary suite, and the home now appears in her portfolio.

This home sits on an oversized lot in the Peninsula, facing White Rock Lake Park, with the trails just steps from the front door.

White Rock Lake across the street. Wait until you see the backyard.

A minute inside 9319 East Lake Highlands in The Peninsula: interiors by Dana Bass Designs, a hidden media room, a climate controlled screened-in patio and a pool that might rearrange your weekend plans.

And what the video can’t fully show? It’s the smartest home we’ve ever seen, with automation by Kelltech.

Which would win you over first—the location, the interiors or the backyard?
