This affirmation completely shifted the way I talk to myself🥹I realized that the more often I saw it, the more often I repeated it. And the more I repeated it, the more I started believing it.That’s why I mirrored it on a shirt🪞so every time I catch my reflection in a mirror, whether I’m walking into a bathroom, passing a store window, or getting ready for the day, I’m reminded to tell myself:Everything always works out for me.It’s a small habit, but for me it’s become a way to interrupt negative thoughts and replace them with something I’d rather believe.I don’t know exactly how life will unfold, but I do know I move through it differently when I expect things to work out instead of assuming the worst.So I made a small batch in case someone else needed this reminder too. 🤍Available at karrotbaby.com ✨ by @karenthekarrot

Screen print life! 🖤Y’all, I’m so excited that our DIY home studio is finally put together! The only thing missing is a printer to print transparency films. Thankfully, I remembered drawing on transparent film with India ink from when I took a screen printing class at LBCC!
