If you own a business or restaurant, I can help you find the right coverage to protect your operations, employees, customers, and future. Proud to protect one of my favorite burger spots in Miami 🍔🛡️

✅ Saved them nearly $10K in premium
✅ Improved their overall protection
✅ Helped protect the business, employees & customers

What I love most is how much the owners genuinely care about the people behind the business.

Even better, they’ve become one of my go-to businesses to support, recommend, and connect with new opportunities.

Proud to be part of their behind-the-scenes team. 🤍

Proud to help protect NeedZappy ⚡📦

✅ Saved them about $4K in premium
✅ Added transportation coverage they didn’t have before
✅ Protected their warehouse inventory and products while in transit

Their previous policy did not include transportation coverage, so their new policy gives them broader protection as their products move from storage to delivery.

If you own a warehouse, carry inventory, or ship products, I can help you find coverage that protects your business beyond just the building.

Last week, @lindseylamchick challenged me with a last-minute speech role. With barely any time to prepare, I chose a topic that has been on my mind and in my journals recently. It was a rough start, but I’m glad my message came across. I’m continuing to work on expressing my thoughts and feelings with more detail instead of relying on broad, general words. I’m grateful to have this space to practice sharing my thoughts. by @kari_dia

Growing up, I knew what it felt like not to be invited. I forced myself into spaces and groups just so I had something to do.

Over the years, I became tired of waiting for invitations. Instead, I slowly started practicing the skill of bringing people together through activities that genuinely aligned with me.

Now, I’m doing it on a bigger scale and with a bigger purpose.

I want to create spaces where people feel comfortable showing up alone, meeting like-minded people, trying something new, and building meaningful connections.

Hosting is still nerve-racking. I carry the stress of trying to make everything run smoothly so everyone else can relax, have fun, and even grow their business. I still have so much to learn, but I’m proud of myself for having the courage to keep creating these experiences.

That growth is what keeps me going.

I’m hosting UNO Networking Game Night! A fun and intentional way to meet other professionals, have real conversations, and build new connections.

This is for anyone looking to grow their network, including business owners, realtors, attorneys, lenders, financial advisors, marketers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and service providers.

Whether you’re looking for referrals, new clients, partnerships, collaborations, or just want to meet great people in Miami, this night is for you.

We’ll be playing UNO with a networking twist, so conversations feel more natural and less like the usual small talk.

Tough topic to share: The life lessons Brickell has taught me… I truly believe I am getting better at these speeches & it makes me so proud that someone with verbal/written dyslexia can produce decent work! I don’t memorize my speeches, I create an outline and “free style” as I go because I believe that’s real-life application. I need to work on elaborating more and avoid general terms to explain my racing thoughts but with time. I happy with my progress & my presence. by @kari_dia
