Egypt remembers. The temples, the plants, and the spirit are still speaking my. #EgyptianMystery #AncientEgyptWisdom #HolisticEgypt #SpiritualEgypt #TempleConsciousness SacredJourney by @karim.moneer
Beyond the temples. Beyond the visible. A sacred passage through ancient Egypt. Where ancient rituals, forgotten mysteries, and timeless energies meet. Not just a journey through history. A walk between worlds. Egypt. The Sacred Path. Egypt was the way, The way of one. . . . 📸: @magdy_abu_waddah #SacredEgypt #EgyptPilgrimage #AncientMysteries #SacredCeremony #HolisticEgypt by @karim.moneer
14 days. Ancient lands. A sacred path through Egypt. From temples and forgotten stories to shared ceremonies, unexpected moments, laughter, and connections that words can hardly capture. A pilgrimage through the land of the ancients, following a path shaped by history, spirit, and the people who walked it together. Some journeys take you to places. Others bring you closer to something deeper. This was one of those journeys. This was the way of the one. 📷: @magdy_abu_waddah #egyptretreat #soundhealing #sacredegypt #sacredtravel #soultravel by @karim.moneer
A flower returned. Another one opened. And somewhere between the two, the cycle changed. At this very important Solstice, we brought the Blue Lotus through the Gate of Isis, an offering to inform her that the White Lotus had returned. The night before, we had planted the White Lotus. As the Blue Lotus passed beneath the gate, something shifted in the water. For a moment, even the colours of the mountains, the water, everything around us seemed to move into another reality. Just a small transaction between the flower, the water, and the gate. We took it as permission. A blessing. And that same night, the White Lotus opened for the first time in Aswan. The Blue Lotus had returned to close a cycle. The White Lotus had returned to begin another. Maybe these are the moments that quietly change the course of history. No production. No performance. Just an offering, a prayer, and a flower passing through a gate. Raw magic, as we witnessed it. . . . 📷: @magdy_abu_waddah . . . . #WhiteLotus #BlueLotus #IsisGate #acaccia #ancientegypt by @karim.moneer
The White Lotus After the Blue Lotus returned to the land, it felt like the time had come to complete a cycle. With prayers, offerings, and some quiet work with the land, we planted the White Lotus at Aswan. Thank you Hashim for all what you had to go through, for being a good guardian, human and host. This one opens at night. The Blue Lotus opens with the sun — with Ra. The White Lotus opens in the darkness, under the sky of Nut. There is something beautiful about having both here, growing together in the same water. This white lotus came from the Delta and travelled south to Aswan, following the Nile back into the landscape where these flowers once belonged. For me, it feels less like planting a new flower and more like bringing something ancient back. A small offering to the land. A small connection between North and South. And maybe, simply, letting the lotus find its way home through peace. by @karim.moneer

There is a flower on the Nile that gave birth to the sun. 🌞 The Lotus rises from the dark waters every morning… and opens with the first light of the day. For the ancients, this was the perfect symbol of rebirth, awakening, and the opening of consciousness. three sacred expressions of this flower grow along the Nile: 🪷Pink Lotus — symbol of divine birth and purity 🦋Blue Lotus — the famous Egyptian ceremonial flower used in rituals and temples 💜Purple Lotus — a rare variation that still grows along the river Seeing the lotus on the Nile reminds us that the ancient wisdom of Egypt was never lost… it is simply waiting to bloom again. If you were here with us on the Nile… which lotus would you choose? #bluelotus #ancientegypt #egyptretreat #sacredegypt #spiritualtravel by @karim.moneer
The desert has a way of stripping everything down to its essence — leaving only truth, silence, and the bonds we carry along the way. It teach more than any book, Friends and family presence becomes the compass and the mirror. 🌿 #soulpath #holisticegypt #sacredplants #sacredplace #egypt by @karim.moneer
