My happy place!!!💛💛💛Fitness for me will always represent a space for emotional regulation. My confidence comes not from how I look but by how I continually choose to overcome mental battles thru training.I run because it:1. Sloughs off any pent up negative thoughts that don’t serve me. 2. Builds an interpersonal relationship using positive self talk to push thru the finish. 3. Releases endorphins to be in a brighter mood to interact with the world.
