POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I spent years of my life shrinking myself, ignoring my intuition, listening to people that only cared for a specific version of me. Much of that time felt like a constant internal battle, overthinking what to say, how to move, whether I was being too much or not enough…a battle between who I truly was and who I was trying to be, and that struggle was reflected to me externally.
When I began honoring myself, what I truly wanted and needed, I learned that I didn’t have to force myself to stay in situations because someone else said I “should.” I just had to be me and the right people, places, and opportunities would naturally find me. But moving through that required a lot of deconditioning and letting go: of misaligned friendships, partners, traumas, beliefs of unworthiness…and shedding that weight felt like I had to grieve 1000 versions of myself that I carried through lifetimes. And through it all, I chose to stay connected to the heart, for that is where I found the truth of my soul. I realized I never needed anyone’s permission but my own to live a life that is wild, free, joyful, and full of love. My life, now, is something that I never would’ve thought possible for myself. And everything you desire is possible for you, too.

I’ve been really called to deepen my connection to the frequency of flowers lately, so this couldn’t have arrived at a more perfect time 🥰

Did you know that the ancients used rose to:
🌹Heal the heart from grief or sorrow
🌹Calm down the nervous system and ease anxiety
🌹Soothe irritated or red skin

While butterfly pea flower was used to:
🦋 Activate and strengthen the intuitive mind
🦋 Reduce inflammation
🦋 Hydrate the skin and brighten skin tone

Safe to say, this hydrating face toner is one I’ll be adding to my regular skin care routine 😌
