My clients and I usually spend around one month preparing a home for sale. An appealing decor in sales is not showing off creative interior design. It is about offering a clean and neutral space so that the potential buyer can imagine himself living there with his own stuff. I don’t mean to offend my sellers when I ask them to “neutralize” the space. I tell them: an apartment can be bought, but style one must possess. 😊
