I do it because I can! Because it's a privilege!
Because it challenges me...every single time!
I do it because it scares me, but I do it anyway!
Because it's good for me!
And mainly, I do triathlons because it taught me to push through the toughest of times!!
It taught me that the mind is SO powerful that we can achieve anything if we really want to, push through and work for it!
It taught me the endless possibilities of wonderful things coming once you step out of your comfort zone 💪

I've been listening to Rufus since 2017 at my Avicii Pandora station on every bike ride I took!
I loved their music & lyrics and didn't even realize they sang and performed until a couple days before seeing them for the 1st time in a sold-out theater at Pomona, Ca. in 2019.
We were shook & blown away by their performance! Traveled in 2021, to Denver, Co to see them at Red Rocks amphitheater.... they had just dropped Alive, Next To Me & debuted On My Knees that night!
Then, summer of 2022, we went to New York to see them at Forest Hills stadium in Queens. Such a cool experience! ...a year ago 2025 at the Rose Bowl 🌹 in LA ....the fireworks from that show during Innerbloom were insane!!!... legendary & truly unforgettable✨️
And 9 days ago we traveled to San Francisco to see them at Outside Lands Music Festival.... 5th time and hopefully so many more to come!
what a great experience! I can genuinely say Rufus is my favorite! It's an unexplainable feeling to see them live tbh.... you need to live it to understand it 🫶
