Feeling uninspired in dance? 👀 Here are 5 tips to gain inspiration in your practice… ⬇️ number 5 will surprise you.

1. Watch other dancers: sit down and deliberately watch performances of other dance artists or go to live shows. You’ll feel inspired in no time.

2. Study a new dance style: book that class, no matter if it’s ballet or baladi, just get yourself out there to break momentum.

3. Accountability: get yourself a dance friend or a dance coach who can help you stay on track with your dance goals. If you need help, just DM me.✨

4. New music: sometimes it’s enough just to listen to new, inspiring music and get moving. Even in your room or while you do errands - I guarantee you’ll start shaking soon enough. 💃

5. Take a break. Yes, I said it. Sometimes life is “lifeing” and we need to prioritise other things. Dance is always waiting for you when you’re ready to come back.

What are your favourite ways to re-gain inspiration?
