This round of Scales and Shades brings all the fire — lava reds, ember oranges, and dragons rising from the ashes in molten glory. Tried tackling the page is burnt and on fire method that I saw @annarosebooks. Didn’t come out exactly how I envisioned it to turn out but it was defiantly fun to try and isn’t half bad! Coloring Book is by called Dragon Dreams by R.J. Hampson @russelljamesart and I just used Ohuhu Alcohol Marks and Decotime Glitter markers.

🌿🔥💨💧🌙 Elemental Magic — Completed! 🌙💧💨🔥🌿

Our color coven came together to honor the five elements — Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit — each bringing their own energy and creativity to the page. From glowing embers and flowing rivers to gentle breezes and grounded roots, every artwork captured a unique spark of nature’s magic. 🌿✨

Together, we balanced the forces of the elements and colored in harmony. 🌕

Participated in another bi-weekly challenge in the HueCrewCollective Discord! The challenge was to color a place that I would go if I had a ticket to go anywhere. Gave me the perfect opportunity to finally color in my Hawaiian coloring book by @lilalohahawaii !

If you know me personally you know how much I loved living in Hawaii the short time I was blessed enough to live there. Hawaii stole a piece of my heart and ever since I left the island that piece of my heart stayed behind. I had so much fun coloring this page and If I could jump into that coloring page and be transported there to that exact spot and time I would do it! Eating waffles with guava syrup, a cup of Kona coffee in my hand, with a side of P.O.G. juice; all while having a ocean view and watching a beautiful Hawaii sunrise is my slice of heaven 😍. Hawaii became a 2nd home for me and I miss it everyday between the island and the people (seriously the nicest and kindest people I ever met), and the best 7elevns in all of America. I only hope one day I can go back whether it’s to just visit or even blessed enough to live again ♥️. If you are a colorist and always wanted a coloring book that is about Hawaii; this coloring book is hands down the one to get! It gives you a real version of Hawaii and not just a commercial version everyone thinks of from movies and the best part is you would be supporting a small business that is a local Hawaiian family.
