It's publication day for FALSE IDOLS!

I can't even begin to describe how surreal it was walking into @waterstones earlier & seeing my book there. Thanks so much to my incredible agent Ben, my wonderfully supportive soon-to-be husband, the brilliant @torikob & the entire team at @headlinebooks / @mountainleopardpress. Grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way. It truly takes a village!

This time last week, I completed my first 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Ashtanga & Vinyasa & what a special journey it's been! This place, these teachers & my lovely course mates have truly made it the most unforgettable month. So happy & grateful.
It's fair to say, none of us expected to still be here in Mandrem a week after graduation (my flight was meant to be today). But I'm already so glad to have made the decision to stick with @sthirayogaschool & get 60hrs of Yin & Yoga Nidra under my belt too.
YTT is something I've wanted to do for 12 years & this intensive, incredible & clarifying experience has been well worth the wait🤍. taken in Mandrem, Goa, India by @karlamsweet
