Absolutely CRIED when this came in the mail 💐 SO proud to be in @thesunmagazine for their July issue. I bought my camera on a whim last year before our trip to Ireland - so happy I did.

I took this photo in High Point,NC when the monks were doing the #walkforpeaceusa there. They are beautiful people with beautiful souls. 🧡

Over 4 years ago I started regularly going to the coffee shop across my job and one of the mornings, the manager (who I had met once before), asked if he could sit down with me while he “worked on his computer”. He’s pretty proud of that. These polaroids were taken on our first date 💫 by @karlitacowboy

Did you know September was officially Library Card Sign-Up by the American Library Association? I finally got mines!

Also - did you know that @fcpubliclibrary uses @libby.app for access to free audiobooks and e-books!

Ok- I won’t say TOO much about @seaboyrestaurant just yet or share all the photos I took but here are some of both 🐟

I don’t dare rate food. It’s either heaven or it’s not.

This is heaven.

-Brussels sprouts with candied bacon, sour cherries, feta, and mint.
-Amberjack from the coast of Japan that felt like butter.
-Yellowfin tuna over the crispiest potato salad.
-Blackened swordfish with green garbanzo succotash and preserved lemon.

There’s something to say about one of the best seafood restaurants (in my humble opinion) in North Carolina deciding not to be on the coast. About finding it inland, tucked into an unassuming building that gives almost nothing away until you step inside.

There’s something to say about an intimate dining room where the chef is making rounds, checking tables while also, I’m sure, being behind the kitchen. About looking around the room and seeing every kind of person there- different ages and different backgrounds.

10/10. Many notes. Thank you @seaboyrestaurant for having us. Champagne and dessert were also 👌🏼 taken in Cornelius, North Carolina by @karlitacowboy
