"one day at a time" encapsulates the essence of mindfulness and resilience. It reminds us to focus on the present moment, to embrace each day's challenges and joys without becoming overwhelmed by the uncertainties of the future. By breaking down life's journey into manageable segments, this mantra encourages us to approach our goals and obstacles with a sense of calm determination. It emphasizes that while we may have aspirations and plans for the future, our true power lies in making the most of each moment as it unfolds. With this mantra as a guide, we can navigate the complexities of life with a balanced perspective, fostering a sense of gratitude for the opportunities that each new day brings. by @karlosmarx

Take the time
To be on your time

Ask yourself, what is it that you need? Go on a walk, come up with a plan and write down a list. Do the things you would do for a check, for yourself. Be present with your own mind and body. Experience the subtleties of humanity. by @karlosmarx

When @oaklandroots called for a fireworks show mix for their season home opener, you know I had to answer!! Rooted in Bay Area sonic traditions, this one’s a love letter to the sounds that unite us 🔊💞
