After spending more than 25 years in retail and owning my own boutique, I know how hard it can be for an independent brand to compete for attention, especially when you’re dealing with marketplace fees, algorithms, crowded platforms and trying to do all the marketing yourself. KarmaChic was built to give product-based businesses another option. Maybe you’re just getting started and need an easy, low-cost place to sell. One of the things I really want people to understand about KarmaChic is that you don’t have to sell a physical product to belong here. If you’re a service-based business, your expertise is what you sell. And in so many cases, YOU are the brand. People want to know who they’re hiring. They want to understand what you do, hear your story, see your expertise and feel like they can trust you before they ever book. But no matter how great you are at what you do, people still have to find you first. Referrals are incredible. Your website matters. Social media matters. Networking matters. KarmaChic isn’t here to replace any of those things. It’s another place for your business to be discovered and another way to get your name in front of people outside of the audience you already have.
