Meet Karina and Michael from @karmic_star 💫🪨

Behind every Karmic Star piece is a beautiful story ... Kar, Mic and a Star for their daughter. Karina handcrafts every component of her artisan jewellery from Australian-made sterling silver, while Michael transforms rough stones into stunning polished cabochons as the centrepiece of their collaborative pendant collection.

Every stone is carefully sourced from local dealers and fossickers, every setting made by hand, and every piece imbued with the kind of joy that comes from two people doing exactly what they were made to do.

These are treasures made to speak to your soul 🫶🏽

Progress on the Thulite and Lapis Lazuli Pendants : the frames are made (plus another special one, as I like to work in threes 😉) and I oxidised (blackened) them yesterday, so today I have polished them with steel wool - and thankfully it’s a gorgeous day here in Canberra, with very little of that notorious September wind! 💨 They are now having a tumble for the next couple of hours to make them shiny!! 🤩 by @karmic_star
