Toad exit 🎉

As we spoke about a toad, I realised I can't land it on both feet. So I had to take a closer look what was wrong with this exit...

Slow cross challenge ❗#Crosstober is on! 🔥

When Lawrence @themultitaskerer challenges you, well ... I tried to multitask in many ways today 😁

10 crosses the slowest possible way 🦥

I decided to do
- cross + TS
- on one leg (but switching every 2 crosses)
- to the song which was disturbing my pace
- using my SHORT HANDLED pvc rope 😄

But the slow pace was the best to practice TS cross (the arms position) so it kinda helped me 🤩

It was very fun session but also drilling is real.

I think I did a little more crosses just to make sure 😅

@bee_skips thank you so much for this month of crosses 🤩 everyone in this group are inspiring me 🔥 love it!

Footwork Friday 🔥🔥🔥

The song perfectly describes what jumping rope gives me: natural high!!!

LET'S GO!

It's perfect theme for Aaron @aaronjumps.365, but he has left the footwork business for me, so I hope you will see it and be proud 🫵 😄

I also had to check if this space is good for mamba, it is 🔥

It made me think... When you have a spare room, why not to turn it into your jump rope studio 🤔

Of course it needs a lot of work (the light will be the first 😂) but maybe you don't know that I love to renovate, decorate and all the DIY stuff...
But since I jump rope, well ... I didn't have much time for anything else 😅

And as the cold days are coming & we spend more time inside, I think it's the right time to think about it 😉 if you guys have any suggestions about the wall colours, some cool stuff to hang on the walls, I'm all ears 👂😍

OK, I'm wasted, it was quite a workout today for me💪🔥🔥

CL 🔓 day 222 🪢 💪

#Crosstober is on & I'm glad I did CL for the first time today 🎉
It's my 3rd ground cross after AS and caboose 💪
I also made up a release from cross, but can't name it 😆

I was inspired by Reka @jump_mom_jump 🥰 Our Cross Superstar! ✨

She is injured now, so I dedicate this session to you sister! 🔓😍 Hope you like it and will feel much better soon! 🫶 (I'll try to catch up with some other cool crosses of yours 😁)
