@Danny.Reinke & @KarolineHinz unveiled an unbelievable, hyper-realistic garment during @BerlinFashionWe, for Danny Reinke SS26.

A stunning floor length overcoat with the head of a unicorn draped over the right shoulder… yes you read that right, a unicorn’s head 🦄

Gobsmacked, in awe, astonished, bewildered, shocked… the list can keep going. It’s totally unique and we’re totally obsessed.

Every diva deserves a monument.

@joshmkiszka lead singer of @gretavanfleet sculpted in monster clay, cast in Jesmonite, about 50% life size (29cm/11.4in)

I’ve been meaning to get back into portrait sculpting for a while as I haven’t done it properly in years, and boy it’s tough.
Entirely done from scratch, hand sculpted, no ai. Please be kind. Highly inspired by @prorenfx bust of Jim Morrison 🤍 by @karolinehinz

@prinzpi23 is currently prepping for his farewell tour after over 25 years in the industry - I had the opportunity to create two major pieces for his stage in the past, such as this giant 3D coin in 2018 and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity given back then. we’ve finished the biggest job of the year after the probably busiest summer of all times - and while in spring the outlook wasn’t exactly positive, I think we managed to pull ourselves out of the mud for a little bit. Books remain open as usual, with limited availability in the coming months, but you know how I can’t say no to a cool collaboration.
Very much looking forward to being able to share some of the stuff we’ve done recently.

Earlier this year I worked on some bespoke art nuveau ornaments for Sonja Wiesbeck / @blue.leaf.studio - a custom tattoo shop in Berlin Lichtenberg. They were aiming to re decorate the entryway to get rid of these sharp corners in the window nook. Sonja drew up the general shape of what she imagined, I made a quick 1:10 model to figure out depth and material, everything was carved in polystyrene, coated and sanded to absolute perfection on site with the help of @gerhardwiesbeck and @maxludwig23 (who also did the stunning window painting!). It’s an absolute honor and pleasure to work together so closely with these artists and I’m excited to see what else will be transformed in this place 💙 by @karolinehinz

**FAKE BODY**
Last summer I had the incredible opportunity to create this fake bog body for @maxjosef_ for the movie “Im Spiegel Meiner Mutter” - in cinemas now! Definitely one of the coolest jobs and I’m forever grateful it landed on my table. If you look up bog bodies you’ll be amazed how well preserved they are, with literal wrinkles and pores and hair and fingernails still recognizable, but just like someone deflated their overall structure. I sculpted the whole body over a fake skeleton that we bended and crushed, using epoxy clay, while the head was sculpted and casted separately. She also had her left arm wrapped around a baby (not pictured). I loved learning so much about this insane way that nature can preserve the past. by @karolinehinz

💗👁️ @holysquad.official x @wackenopenair.official 👁️💗 I had the honor of fabricating the capes and masks for our HOLY cult activation at famous metal festival Wacken this year! 25 pink capes, 25 masks and 10 Jinbeis - more than 100 meters of pink fabric, hundreds of individually cut pattern pieces and who knows how many kilometers of yarn 🥵 SweatShop Berlin!! Thank you holy for another fun job, you’re the best! And thanks to @adaretegan and @resabrnrt for helping out on the final stretch 💗 by @karolinehinz

Some fake chanterelles made for a tv series last year - in movie production you often run into the problem of certain plants not being in season for the story you want to tell. So if someone is going into the woods to pick some mushrooms and they’re simply not growing at that time of the year, you need to improvise and fake them! Easy solution though in this case, with some wire to secure them nicely into the soil.🍄‍🟫 by @karolinehinz
