LAMB KLEFTIKO🐑 STOLEN MEAT

SLOW BRAISED LAMB | CHICKPEA & HARISSA CASSOULET

"This dish dates back to the days when the klephts (bandits) would cook their stolen lamb in a sealed pit to avoid being detected by the smoke. Slow-cooked to perfection, it's a melt-in-your-mouth experience you don't want to miss!" by @karongoleon

GATEAU MOELLEUX CHOCOLAT
It's one of my favorite desserts for its richness and it's warmth. It is surprisingly one of the easiest pudding to make as it requires only 5 ingredients. However, you will only get a perfect fondant if the temperature control and time is right. If you give it less time in the oven, it will collapse and if you bake it for long, you will end up with a dry chocolate sponge. It is also referred as lava cake for its gooey, molten chocolate center that pours out when cut, resembling how lava flows from a volcano. by @karongoleon
