I found starting to feed my baby solid food really overwhelming. Like I needed to go back in time a learn things that my brain couldn’t take in at 6 months post partum.

Learning about nutrition and what’s healthy for your baby and family makes everything so much easier. @boobtofood saved my life and still does most meals.

I remember thinking, “is he eating enough?” “Did he eat too much?”. Trusting your baby that they know what they need makes everything a whole lot easier and less stressful.

I just love knowing that what I am feeding myself and my family is grown in a way that aligns with us and our values and think it can be so powerful to support the smaller farmers and growers out there.

Not reacting or overracting to noises and remaining calm has helped us so much to have really lovely meal times.

Such a fun journey and being able to share food with a little person is pretty cool! 🥹❤️ by @kartyland
