We NEVER know where, just starting gets us! I’ve been a gym girlie for some years now … Yet I always felt like I need a trainer to coach me on how to do this!

But this time was different . . I needed ME to show ME, that I can do anything alone! You don’t need people to put you on, you need YOU to put YOU on !!!

- 1 month of progress !

Let this be a motivation to just START THAT SH*T!!
Be Intentional about your goals, & everything else will work itself out .
