June was lowkey iconic also this is proof that i did in fact leave my house this month. 🤣

here’s everything my camera roll thought was important enough to keep. fyi my storage is almost full but I’ll manage.

June was chaotic but fun. I spent more time with the people I love and made a lot of memories which will last a lifetime.🌟

thank you for being kind June 🫶🏼

I used @canva & @17v28.app to edit this post!📍

Book Review - Horn OK Please by @inkbychaitali

Firstly,a big big thanks to @storyshine_pr for not only having me on the tour for this book, but also for being so patient and understanding when I told them I won't be able to give my review on time. Both @shiny_reads_ and @shanu.readss are doing incredible work and I wish them the best for all their upcoming projects. 🫂💕

Talking about the book,it wasn't just a story I read, rather it felt like a conversation with a part of my life I don't visit often. At its heart, this book is about friendship: the kind that shapes you, becomes a part of who you are, and somehow survives in your memories long after the friendship itself has faded. Watching Rohan and Yugveer navigate 10 years worth of distance, unresolved hurt, and everything left unsaid between them was both beautiful and heartbreaking. ❤️‍🩹

What made this book special for me was how deeply personal it felt. I have lost touch with friends I once shared an incredible bond with, people who were once a huge part of my everyday life and are now only memories. Because of that, I found myself seeing pieces of my own experiences in Rohan and Yugveer's journey. Their conversations, silences, misunderstandings, and longing for what they shared once felt painfully real. 🥺🥺

Rohan completely stole my heart. There was something so genuine about him - his personality of always being the giver, his loyalty, his vulnerability, and the way he carried the weight of a friendship he never truly stopped caring about. Every scene with him felt alive. I found myself relating to him so much. 😭🫶🏻

The book reminded me that not all heartbreak comes from romance. Sometimes it comes from friendships that meant everything and somehow slipped away with time. And I also love that the author has done an incredible work with the writing style, so easy to read and relate. And because the story flows so well makes it even more beautiful. 💌✨

Tender, nostalgic, funny, and deeply emotional, this book is a heartfelt love letter to friendship, second chances, and the people who leave permanent marks on our lives. Rohan and Yug's story stayed with me long after I turned the last page. 🍂❤️ by @kashingmemo

☁️📚 if you loved these shows and now you’re wondering whether the book is worth picking up… this one’s for you. from extra scenes to deeper character moments, sometimes the book gives you everything you wished the screen had time for 🤍

I can't believe I was waiting to wish you at 12 am and slept so late 😭.
I love you sm and there are no words which will express how much you mean to me and how your little gestures mean the world to me. How you searching books for me, the colour of walls and every other little thing you do is everything to me 🫶🏽.

Lies and Love is one of those slow-burn relationship stories that quietly pulls you in before you even realize how emotionally invested you’ve become. What makes this book stand out is not grand romantic gestures or dramatic declarations, but the tension simmering beneath every interaction between Adarsh and Siya. Their arranged marriage feels layered from the very beginning, carrying both emotional distance and an undeniable pull that neither of them is ready to acknowledge openly. 🫠💕

Adarsh was definitely the highlight of the book for me. He is flawed, emotionally closed off,has anger issues and carries the weight of a past that clearly shattered parts of him beyond repair. But beneath all that roughness, there’s a vulnerability that slowly starts surfacing around Siya, and that contrast makes his character incredibly compelling. The way he tries to hold himself back from getting attached, while unconsciously gravitating toward her at the same time, was written beautifully. His emotions are intense, messy, and difficult for him to express, which makes every small moment of softness feel even more meaningful. 🥹❤️

And Siya balances the story perfectly. She has this warmth to her character that naturally softens the atmosphere whenever Adarsh is around her. I really liked that she wasn’t portrayed as someone who magically “fixes” him, but rather someone who makes him want to become better on his own. Their dynamic thrives on teasing, banter, silent care, and unspoken feelings, and honestly, the chemistry works even without any physical romance. The fact that there isn’t even a kiss in the first book yet the tension still feels strong says a lot about the writing. 😩🔥

The emotional pacing of the story is another thing I enjoyed. There’s a constant feeling that something darker is lurking underneath the romance, and that suspense keeps the pages turning. The story also handles emotional trauma and anger in a way that feels human rather than overly dramatized. 🤌🏻✨

These are some things adulting have taught me. It's messy, it's complicated. It's a rollercoaster ride that no one warns you about. But in the end,we gotta deal with our struggles, hustle our way and live the best of our lives. 🥹❤️🍂

And since I've wanted to do this trend for so long, I thought to do it in my own way. 💕✨

Let me know which ones do you relate with the most and also share some of your own thoughts or adulting experiences. 💌
