“Passing Through”, a true story built on love, resilience, and the journey of remembrance.

Ayla and I are honored to share the trailer of this animated short, based on the true story of Emilio Nares. We are deeply grateful to Richard and Diane Nares for their trust, their support, and for sharing Emilio’s story and spirit with us.

Thank you Haibei Wang for the amazing music. And thank you for everyone who helps with our film. This film would not have been possible without the incredible artists and collaborators who poured their time and heart into every frame. Thank you all 🤍!

EVE & ADAM is my reinterpretation of the classic Adam and Eve story. In this version, Eve is an extroverted, endlessly talkative, fashion-obsessed “LA Barbie” type, while Adam is her complete opposite—an introverted, spiritually curious guy who cares only about meditation and yoga. The story explores how these two contrasting personalities learn to understand, accept, and coexist with each other.
