🕋 UMRAH 2026. The life change I never knew I needed.

I never knew how to cry until I stood before Allah with nowhere left to hide. No image to maintain, no achievements to lean on, no version of myself carefully edited for the world to see - just me, stripped of every pretence, standing before my Creator and finally seeing myself as I truly was. I saw the mistakes, the pride, the moments I had failed people, failed myself, and drifted from the person I knew I was meant to be, and for once I didn’t try to defend any of it. I just broke. I begged Allah to forgive me, to soften what had become hard inside me, to make me kinder, purer, more patient, more worthy of the life He had given me. And in a world that can feel so consumed by cruelty, hatred and darkness, I found myself praying not only for my own heart, but for everyone - for peace, for mercy, for people I knew and people I would never meet. Then Madinah gave me a peace I didn’t know existed: the kind of peace that makes the noise inside you disappear, the kind that makes your soul feel as though it has finally come home. And when it was time to leave, I cried again - not because I was simply leaving a city, but because I was leaving a place where, for a few precious days, I had felt closer to Allah, closer to who I wanted to become, and further away from everything in this world that had ever made my heart feel heavy. I went there thinking I needed answers. I left realising that sometimes the greatest answer Allah gives you is peace. by @kastheticdoc

What an incredible experience ✨

I’m beyond excited to finally share that I had the pleasure of welcoming @olivia_attwood to Dr Kas Clinics as part of The Price of Perfection – Season 3. 🎬

It was an absolute privilege to be involved in a programme that explores the fascinating world of aesthetic medicine with honesty, curiosity and meaningful conversations. As both a GP and an advanced aesthetic doctor, I’ve always believed aesthetics should be guided by science, patient safety and ethical practice 🩺 never hype or unrealistic expectations.

To have the opportunity to contribute to a conversation that reaches so many people is something I’m incredibly grateful for. 🙏

A little pinch-me moment, featured in Grazia as one of International Beauty Editor Kaniz Ali’s Favourite Facials of the Season. ✨

The feature explores my approach to microneedling not as a standard, one-size-fits-all facial, but as a carefully calibrated medical treatment shaped around each patient’s skin tone, history and individual concerns.

For me, great skin treatments are never about chasing perfection. They’re about rebuilding skin health, stimulating collagen and creating results that feel natural, refined and completely your own.

Hey guys - I’m reinventing myself this year. 🎉

It’s a pretty lonely life when you stop trying to please people and start sticking up for yourself.

My advice?
Find grounding in the thing that gives you comfort - an activity, a hobby, music, anything… just as long as it’s on your terms.
At the end of the day - you are your biggest supporter, and only you can truly be happy if you’re happy from within. by @kastheticdoc
