🌿 Less wealthy people, more wasteland 🌿 This one is inspired by the Josaphat wasteland at the back of my garden in Schaerbeek. It has a great biodiversity but it is threatened by an estate project. I've recently watched the excellent documentary by @laminutesauvage, "Res Nullius". It tackles the topic of housing in Brussels and the preservation of green areas. Those two issues are often depicted as not compatible while we could have both in the city ! A great association is actually fighting to defend green areas and wastelands, go follow them --> @wearenaturebrussels by @kat.dems

⏱️ Small pay, small hours ⏱️ Or even, "Bad pay, bad work"; it is a motto spread by French revolutionnary unionist Emile Pouget during the end of the 19th century. Back in the days, he participated in several strikes in industries and defended the idea of sabotage as a legitimate mean of protest. Sabotage should target managers, and not the workers nor the clients. The idea is to sabotage work by doing it badly, or at a very slow pace... I really like this idea of taking back control over a capitalistic system through lagging. Hehe. by @kat.dems

🔥 They're too wealthy for us to keep calm 🔥 I got inspired by French magazine @frustrationmag, reading a book by Nicolas Framont called "Parasites". When I translated it from French to English, I learned that "keep calm" had a story and was used through a famous poster "Keep Calm and Carry On", created by the British Information Ministry during WWII. It had the goal of reassuring citizens in case of an invasion... On this topic of wealth, there will be a Parade against the ultra-rich on September 13th in the neighbourhood of Prince d'Orange in Uccle. Join us for a happy and political walk ! @stoptherich.befr DM me for orders ! Printed with the wonderful @printisticks company. by @kat.dems

09.2025 | Bruxelles Siamo Tutti Antifascisti Risographie 5 colors Printed at @ateliersdutoner From a watercolor artwork in my notebook to a A3 poster that you'll find in my webshop and at the @lessousentendu.es market at @lejacquesfranck this Sunday Sept 7th from 13h to 18h ! Felt like we needed to say and read this slogan out loud to collectively fight against all forms of far right movements. It is usually chanted in demonstrations and it gives me goosebumps when the whole crowd is doing it. 🔻 The Red Triangle refers to multiple struggles thourghout the years, from workers in the late 19th century, to political prisoners in the Nazis camps, antifa resistance in the 90s and nowadays to denounce the genocide in Gaza. by @kat.dems
