There’s something so wild about walking through places that hold memories of a version of you who no longer exists in quite the same way 🤯

I’m back in Estonia for the first time in over 3 years, and even though I haven’t lived here in almost 20 years, there are streets and little corners that still feel SO familiar…

Except everything looks different now.

Partly because the places themselves have changed.
But also because I have 😉

And I’ve been finding so much joy in simply wandering around on my own, noticing things I probably walked past a thousand times without ever really seeing them 👀

It’s made me wonder how much beauty and novelty we miss in our everyday lives simply because we’re so used to our surroundings.

So I’m taking this little practice home with me:
More solo walks. Less rushing. More curiosity about the places I think I already know inside and out ♥️

Because maybe we don’t always need to go somewhere new to experience something new. Maybe we just need to look at the familiar with fresh eyes 🥹

Tell me, do you enjoy going on walks alone, or are you more of a walking-with-company kind of person? 👇🏻 by @kat.taniberg

My business wasn’t failing. Quite the opposite 👀

I’d been in business for years. Made really good money. Consistent six-figure years.

My offers sold. My launches converted. My strategies worked.

And somehow… I’d built a business I didn’t want to be inside anymore.

Every time something stopped working, I found the next thing that did. New strategy. New offer. New way of selling. New way of showing up ✅

And because it worked, I kept building around it.

Until eventually, I’d built myself a Golden Cage 🪤

I didn’t know the difference between:

“This is working right now.”

and

“This is what MY business should actually be built on.”

So when the market changed? I changed with it.

Not just my strategy…

ME 🫣

My offers. My messaging. What I wanted to be known for. Sometimes practically the whole fucking business.

Until one day I was ugly crying on my bathroom floor, genuinely considering walking away from all of it 🥺

What I understand now is this:

Your strategy will change.
Your content will change.
Your offers might change.
The market will DEFINITELY change.

But the foundation underneath it all shouldn’t require an identity crisis every time it does.

There’s a difference between what’s trending in business and what’s true for YOUR business.

And knowing that difference changed everything for me.

That’s exactly why I created The New Rules in Business Masterclass.

It’s free, and I’m breaking down what’s being rewarded in business right now, where I believe we’re heading next through the lens of astrology, and how to build YOUR business on a foundation that doesn’t change every time the market does.

Because if I can save one brilliant woman from crying on her bathroom floor wanting to burn her business down, I’ve done my job ♥️

Can we please stop acting like wanting to make more money somehow makes you less spiritual? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Because I’ve noticed something with the women I work with 👉🏻 They’re deeply caring, incredibly good at what they do, and genuinely give a shit about other people.

And THAT’S sometimes exactly why they struggle to give themselves permission to want more…

Because there are people who can’t afford groceries.
People who are struggling to pay their rent.
People who don’t have access to the kind of support they need.

And somewhere along the way, the women I work with start wondering…
👉🏻 Who am I to want more when other people have so little? 😳

But here’s what I want you to consider.

You making yourself financially uncomfortable doesn’t make somebody else’s life easier ‼️

And you don’t have to struggle to prove you’re a good person 👀

You’re allowed to want to pay your bills without stress.
To buy high-quality food, supplements, and book your own massages and healing sessions.
To take a proper holiday without worrying about how you’ll make up the income.
To save for retirement, build wealth, and have MORE than enough.
Not just enough to scrape by…

And you know what else?

What if seeing YOU build a beautiful, financially supported life gives another woman permission to want more for herself, too?

What if you get to be an example of someone who makes really good money AND stays deeply connected to her values?

At the same time, wanting more is only part of the puzzle.

Actually raising your prices, standing behind them when someone thinks you’re too expensive, and being okay with people you love not understanding your choices?

That’s where the real work begins 😅

Because some people WILL think you charge too much.

And you can still be a good person ‼️

You can care about inequality AND build wealth.
You can love the fuck out of your clients AND have boundaries.
You can do deeply meaningful work AND want to be very well paid for it.

Your financial wellbeing doesn’t have to be the price you pay for caring about other people 🫳🏻🎤

I’m curious: have you ever felt guilty for wanti by @kat.taniberg

Forget ghosts. THIS is the shit that actually scares me 💀😳

Happy Samhain 👻

Which room are you absolutely NOT entering?

P.S. If you’re ready to build a business that doesn’t require you to sacrifice your life, your values, or your sanity to make really good money… you’re in the right place 😘 by @kat.taniberg

This is the part of coaching that I don’t think gets talked about enough 🥹

Yesterday I sent one of my 1:1 clients a voice note because I was SO fucking excited for her.

She’d pitched an opportunity to teach a class for fellow health practitioners, and it had been really well received.

And she’s getting ready to launch a program that’s incredibly close to her heart.

I was excited about both, obviously 😜

But I was also excited about everything she’s going to discover about herself and her business by putting these things out into the world 🙏🏻♥️

Because I’ve been there for the conversations that led up to this.

I know what she’s been working through.
I know what these steps mean to her.

And I know that what might look like a simple business decision from the outside can represent a HUGE internal shift 😮‍💨

This morning, she sent me this voicenote in response.

And it reminded me of something..

When you’re a service provider who’s used to being the one supporting everybody else, it’s easy to forget how fucking good it feels to have someone genuinely in YOUR corner ♥️

Someone who sees the bigger picture.
Who knows the backstory.
Who isn’t just interested in your results, but is genuinely excited about the person you’re becoming along the way.

Yes, my clients and I work on their beliefs, their pricing, their offers, their business decisions, and creating a business that supports the life they want.

But we also get to celebrate moments like these ‼️

And I don’t take that privilege lightly.

To this client - I’m so bloody excited for everything you’re stepping into. This is only the beginning of your next chapter 🥹💃🏼🥳 by @kat.taniberg

I used to hear about difficult Saturn transits and brace myself for the worst 🫣

But having just lived through the second phase of Saturn conjunct my natal Moon, I have a very different perspective.

Was it comfortable? Absolutely fucking not 👀

Did I have some moments where I wished life would just give me a break? Yep.

But I also experienced so much gratitude, clarity, and a deeper understanding of myself 🙏🏻

And the biggest lesson wasn’t that I needed to become stronger or learn how to endure more.

It was that I could stop making myself responsible for everyone else’s comfort at the expense of my own needs ♥️

Knowing what was happening astrologically didn’t mean I could skip the difficult parts.

It meant I could recognize what was coming up for me and make a more conscious choice about how I wanted to respond.

And THAT is why I love astrology.

Not because it tells us what to blame or gives us a scapegoat.
But because it can help us understand ourselves well enough to stop repeating the same patterns unconsciously.

Have you ever had a difficult experience that ended up teaching you something you really needed to learn? by @kat.taniberg

The full moon has become astrology’s favourite scapegoat and I have some thoughts 👀

Had a shitty week? Full moon.
Feeling emotional? Full moon.
Everything going wrong in your business? Must be the full moon.

And listen, I LOVE astrology. Obviously 😅

But there’s a big difference between understanding what’s happening in the sky and understanding what’s happening in YOUR life ‼️

Because while everyone’s busy talking about the same full moon, you might be going through something much bigger and far more personal.

And THAT is what I’d want you to pay attention to.

Not so you could use it as another scapegoat and go, “Ohhh, THAT’S why everything is so hard right now” 🙄 But so you can start asking better questions.

Am I avoiding a conversation I know I need to have?
Am I holding on to something I’ve clearly outgrown?
Am I waiting for things to magically get easier instead of making the decision I’ve been putting off?

Because knowing your transits is one thing.
Actually doing something with that awareness is a whole different story.

And that’s the part of astrology I care about most - helping you understand yourself, recognize your patterns, and make choices that actually move your life forward.

You don’t get to control everything that happens to you. But you DO get a say in how you respond 😉

And to me, that’s where astrology becomes really fucking valuable.

Curious, do you mostly follow general astrology forecasts, or have you sought guidance to work with your own personal chapters more closely? Tell me in the comments 👇🏻 by @kat.taniberg

Mercury retrograde is NOT a reason to put your entire freaking business on hold 🙄

Every time Mercury goes retrograde, the internet makes it sound like we should stop signing contracts, launching offers, and making any important decisions until it’s over.
And respectfully… I think that’s bullshit 🫢

Mercury retrograde is a beautiful time to revisit, review, refine, and return to things.

So why wouldn’t you use that energy to strengthen the business you’re building?
👉🏻 Renew a contract with a client you love working with.
👉🏻 Launch that signature offer you plan to sell again and again.
👉🏻 Welcome new 1:1 clients into long-term relationships.
👉🏻 Review the systems, offers, and ways of working that could use a little love.

And yes, read the freaking fine print before you sign anything. But shouldn’t you be doing that ANYWAY? 😜

Upcoming Mercury retrograde dates:
🪐 Pre-shadow: October 4 – October 23, 2026
🪐 Retrograde: October 24 – November 13, 2026
🪐 Post-shadow: November 14 – November 30, 2026

The way I see it, astrology is here to help us become more aware and intentional about the choices we’re making. NOT to become another set of rules that keeps us stuck, second-guessing ourselves, or afraid to move forward 🤷🏼‍♀️

You can work WITH the symbolism of a transit without handing over your power to it ‼️

Because at the end of the day, you’re still the CEO of your business. And you still get to call the shots ❤️

Curious: have you ever delayed a business decision because Mercury was retrograde? 👀 by @kat.taniberg

You’re the woman everyone calls when shit hits the fan 💩

Something goes wrong? You’ll figure it out.
A client has an issue? You’ll handle it.
Your business hits a rough patch? You’ll find a way through.

And you’ve probably built a pretty successful life BECAUSE you’re so damn good at this ‼️

But here’s something I want you to get curious about…

What happens when things are actually going WELL? 👀
When clients are coming in, money is flowing, and there’s nothing that urgently needs fixing?

Can you enjoy it? 🤔

Or do you suddenly find yourself worrying about what could go wrong, taking on more work, or creating another problem to solve? 🫠

Because when you’ve spent years being the person who handles everything, having something to handle can start to feel very familiar…

And sometimes, that means ease feels more uncomfortable than chaos.

And it’s not because you don’t WANT things to be easier.
You certainly.
But you’re still learning how to let things be good without waiting for the other shoe to drop 👀

And that’s something you can work on.

Because you deserve to actually ENJOY the success you’ve worked so fucking hard to create ‼️

I’m curious, do you find it easier to handle a crisis or to sit back and enjoy when things are going well? 🤷🏼‍♀️ by @kat.taniberg

What if creating content didn’t have to feel so freaking hard? 👀

You KNOW your stuff. But the second you sit down to write a post, suddenly you can’t find the words... 🫠

Here’s something fun to explore:

Your Mercury sign can give you clues about how you naturally think and share your ideas.

And maybe you’ve been making content harder by trying to create like someone else.

Let’s see what your Mercury says 👇🏻

♈ ARIES: You get straight to the point. Try quick Reels, bold opinions, and saying what you think without overthinking it.

♉ TAURUS: You like keeping things simple. Try practical tips, everyday examples, and repeating what matters.

♊ GEMINI: You love talking things through. Try yapping Reels, Q&As, and sharing your random thoughts.

♋ CANCER: You connect through feelings and stories. Share personal experiences and lessons you’ve learned.

♌ LEO: Your personality is part of the magic. Try storytelling and videos where people get to know YOU.

♍ VIRGO: You make complicated things simple. Try how-to posts, checklists, and step-by-step tips.

♎ LIBRA: You see both sides. Try comparing ideas and helping people see things differently.

♏ SCORPIO: You love going deeper. Talk about what people avoid and what’s REALLY underneath a problem.

♐ SAGITTARIUS: You love the bigger picture. Share your beliefs, life lessons, and ideas you’re excited about.

♑ CAPRICORN: You like clear, useful advice. Teach from experience and show people how to put ideas into action.

♒ AQUARIUS: You think differently. Share unpopular opinions and challenge advice everyone takes for granted.

♓ PISCES: You think in feelings and pictures. Try stories and comparisons that help people FEEL your message.

Does this mean Mercury decides what content you’re allowed to create? Of course not 😅

But astrology can be a fun way to notice what feels natural and what you’ve been forcing.

Because you don’t need to sound like everybody else to create good content ‼️

What’s your Mercury sign? And does this sound like you? 👀 by @kat.taniberg

Imagine working your ass off for years to build a fully booked practice… only to realize you’ve created a job you can barely take a day off from 🫠

And the frustrating part? 😳

You STILL love what you do ‼️
You love your clients. You’re bloody good at your work. You’re proud of what you’ve built.

You just don’t want your entire life to revolve around how many appointments you can squeeze into a week 🤷🏼‍♀️

And here’s the thing: you don’t have to wait until you’re completely burnt out to change how you run your business.

You’re allowed to raise your prices.
You’re allowed to see fewer clients.
You’re allowed to change the business model that got you here, even if it’s technically still working.

The goal isn’t to build a business that needs every last bit of you to survive ‼️

It’s to build one that pays you well AND leaves you with enough time and energy to enjoy the life you’re working so hard to create ♥️

Because what’s the point of being fully booked if you have no room left for yourself?

💬 Curious: are you currently working towards getting fully booked, or figuring out how to make your calendar LESS full? Share it in the comments 👇🏻 by @kat.taniberg

I was feeling groggy, emotionally thin, and everything feels a little unstable. And I had a lot to do. My to-do list felt endless.

My old impulse kicked in hard:
“Just push through.”
“Use your willpower.”
“Be strong. Keep moving.”

This time I recognized it for what it is.
The part of me that’s so familiar, it feels like me, but yet isn’t actually truly me.
My survival pattern.

Specifically? It’s my Aries Moon in action, well at least the shadow side.
The part that says, “If I just keep going, this will pass.”
The part that has burned me out so many times before.

But here’s what changed: I knew what was happening. Because I’ve learned how to read it.

I’ve studied this pattern of mine, and the unmet emotional need that activates it.

So instead of asking, “How can I push through?”
I asked, “What does my Moon need right now?”

And for my Aries Moon, the answer was clear: A walk.
So I walked.

Ten minutes in, I felt the shift.
My system softened, my body exhaled and my self-trust re-established.
Because I finally stopped asking my system to perform while it was screaming for me to take care of it ‼️

Carl Jung said:
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.”

That’s exactly what your Moon sign and your 12th house cusp show you.
They reveal the loop you drop into when you’re overwhelmed, scared, stretched, or vulnerable. But they also tell you what you need to do to come back to yourself 😉

This is the core of what I’m teaching inside my Mini Course Decode Your Survival Pattern, where you’ll learn:
👉🏻 Your exact survival pattern based on your 12H cusp
👉🏻 Your emotional regulation blueprint via your Moon sign
👉🏻 How to interrupt the loop and meet your needs instead

If you’re tired of pushing through, and ready to lead yourself differently… this is for you.

Comment DECODE for the link 😘

Your Moon is your umbilical cord.
It knows how to take care of you.
It’s time to learn its language. by @kat.taniberg
