Featuring Kat 7, Tóke, and groundsound, the project acts as a vessel for Gavsborg’s expansive musical vision and long-standing collaborations. Bringing together voices from across the diaspora, it offers a vibrant fusion of rhythm, resistance, and reinvention. @kat7now est le nouveau projet en duo de @gavsborg et @exiledibrave, deux artistes liés au label @equiknoxxmusic pionnier des nouvelles scènes dub expérimentale.

Si tous leurs morceaux s’inspirent du son jamaïcain, le duo passe avec aisance et dextérité d’un genre à l’autre.

Des basses dubwise spatiales, des steppers rudeboy prêts à enflammer la piste de danse, des explorations leftfield, des grooves profonds et percussifs. Cette myriade de sons est une exploration profonde de ce qui influence les deux artistes au quotidien.
