@realitycheckprogram by @aj_megaman has pushed me super hard and is a big reason for a lot of my progress. Growth is inevitable with the demands of this program. This was my submission for Season 2 tinman, the product of roughly 34 hours of dedicated drilling and practicing in the span of 2.5 weeks LOL. The work continues… 🦾🙂‍↕️ by @kat_in_the_cache

🏆 SEASON 2 • WEEK 7 | DANCER OF THE WEEK🏆
Congratulations, @kat_in_the_cache ! 🤖🔥

Katherine took on MANNEQUIN, nailing the cadence, joint rolls and circular movement! She really captured that mannequin illusion!

Excellent work! 👏

✨ She Moved the Culture Wod Headliner — Part 1: I’m Every Woman ✨ @worldofdance_usa @worldofdance

This opening piece was my way of centering women in our community ; the ones who are often overlooked, the ones who are growing, and the ones who show up with heart every time.
Choreographed by me and transformed into a waacking moment, this section featured all of us together, then flowed into a duet with my student Kat.

Being asked to headline this set was an honor, but choosing to share that stage meant even more. Visibility matters, representation matters, and our women move this culture every day.
Thank you to every woman who stepped into this piece with me. 💜 by @kat_in_the_cache

We love to see growth in our group! @kat_in_the_cache has been leveling up in every way . Sharper movement, more expression, and a deeper connection to the music. The work shows, and we’re proud to witness it! 💥💃 🪩#WaackingHouston #GrowthInMotion #ThatOneWaackGroup by @kat_in_the_cache

I truly had a great time creating this piece to a song from one of my favorite musicals ! Waacking has been such a liberating part of my dance and continues to pull layers back from parts of myself I felt I used to hide . The community i’m building here in Houston is a group effort so shoutout to my group @that_one_waackgrouphtx @kat_in_the_cache and my girl @dommcat_ for being our star in this piece ! Although we had to fight through slippery floor we made it work ! Like , Share , and Comment for me 🫶🏾🪩
