Many don’t know I’m an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher. My Yoga journey began as a passion and it still does even after many years! It’s granted me the healthy opportunities to train and compete in multiple sports at high levels for many years and always placing podium. These sports have been: *XC MTB *Endurance XC MTB *Road racing (cycling) *Cyclocross *Endurance Adventure Triathlons *Ultra XC Running *5k’s (running) *NH Great White 48 4k’s (various times) *Hiking 4k + *Krav Maga *Muay Thai *BJJ I share all this to let you know without the appropriate yoga for warm ups, recovery, and for any day I would NEVER have been able to accomplish all my athletic goals so far and be on the mats at present time! Of course I’ve been injured and sometimes BADLY injured but thankfully Yoga has always gotten me back to where I was if not even better than pre injury. Enjoy the video and remember to: Subscribe Comment# Like Share! 😉 by @kat_jiujitsu
