Long-ass Health Update:

Can’t believe I’m saying this but for the first time in years, I am very slowly getting better!?!☀️
A few weeks ago, I finally got my diagnosis (adrenal failure) and the lifelong meds I need. Before this, it got BAD bad. I couldn’t stand, eat, or even shower. It took just one doctor finally listening to turn things around.
Because my symptoms were dismissed for so long, I developed severe, painful polyneuropathy in my hands and legs that may never heal. But I think it will!

I’m now on TPN—liquid nutrition fed directly into my heart via a central catheter. Being hooked up to a pump for 14 hours a day isn’t ideal, but I know it’s temporary AND hauling my metal IV pole around is a solid workout 🤣
I am so incredibly grateful for the people who were not willing to give up on me, (u know who u r) and honestly, lowkey excited about the future again.
I’m no longer alone in the dark..get to take short walks with my rascal lil dog Whoopi, Szonja and start my mornings on the rooftop terrace (still early af stuck on hospital schedule, haha).

There’s a long road of healing ahead, but miraculously just started tolerating boiled baby carrots & they taste like absolute fucking heaven after 2 years of barely any food🤣🥕

Here’s to hope, resilience, SALADS and love.
