The last of my Mallorca312 footage.

Sorry…. This has been sitting in my drafts since May. Figured since i have the posting bug, i might as well bring this to the light too! 🤣

I also shamefully admit I have one more draft from 2023 that I may post in the future. 👀 🤷🏾‍♀️ by @katapolt17

AROUND LAKE SIMCOE!! Saturday’s ride reaffirmed something I’ve always believed: Steady is faster. 👌🏾✨

A more controlled pace, longer pulls, fresher legs, shorter breaks, and everyone working together.

Finding that consistent rhythm made us feel faster than ever.

Smooth is fast. Steady is powerful. And teamwork makes all the difference.

Much love to @curly_cass_p and Ilse for putting this ride together! Such a beautiful day with an incredible group of women. 💛✨

Two wheels. Endless possibilities. 🚴🏾‍♀️🌍✨

Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or considering your first international ride, maybe this is your sign to set a new goal, explore your limits and experience something incredible.

Curious about either ride? Send me a DM! I’m happy to share what I’ve learned, answer questions and connect with others who are ready for their next adventure.

Add two wheels to your next adventure. 💛

46!!!! 🥳✨ And I LOVE the sound of it.

45 gave me blessings, disappointments, BIG smiles, some big lessons… and somehow, it was still one of my best years yet. 💛

It was the year I learned that if I wanted different results, I had to make different decisions. So I did. I chose what was best. I prioritized differently. I moved differently.

And the results have been pretty amazing. 🙌🏾💫

So I’m stepping into 46 grateful, happy, surrounded by my people, and excited for whatever God has in store for me next. 🙏🏾✨

46… 💛🥂✨ by @katapolt17

Freshly back from the Cape Town Cycle Tour 🇿🇦🚴🏾‍♀️ and still taking it all in… What an experience!!! I did pretty well… and yes — I UCI qualified too!!! 🙏🏾💫

The weather was absolutely amazing. The winds were fierce, but that heat? Blessed. The people? Incredible. And the crew I came and met with? Truly phenomenal. 💛

Key thoughts:
* Keep going, find the pace that works for you- even when it gets tough
* If you don’t have to stop… don’t
* Explore your limits to find your edge.
* Enjoy the views and the vibes- They are all around!

Honestly… when I crossed that finish line, my first thought and words were:
“I wish it was longer.”

Not because it was easy, but because I enjoyed every single moment that much. I was sad for it to be over.

Grateful for the ride, the lessons, the energy, and the people.
Cape Town… you blew be away (figuratively and literally lol). 🌍✨

2025 | Cycling

This year was the year it all came together.

I trained more than ever, refined my skills, climbed bigger mountains, and earned some unforgettable descents.

Oh… and started fuelling for some rides! 👀😁

Above all—I shared KM’s with incredible people, old and new.

2026, lets continue to grow. 🚴🏾‍♀️💛 by @katapolt17

Christmas Eve — celebrating the gift of Christ through the simple joys! Friends, laughter, movement and gratitude for it all. I definitely need to buy some skates. I’ll hopefully be skating again real soon! 🙌🏾💫 by @katapolt17

Celebrating @gertrudepolimis 70th birthday felt like pure sun, love, and clarity.
Time with family and friends is priceless, and moments like these are what I pray for again and again.
Happy birthday mom!!! Here’s to more memories, more laughter, and more life. 🙏🏾🙌🏾💛 by @katapolt17

What a trek. The annual Lake Simcoe 200km ride has grown. Shout out to everyone who shows up and endured. Until next time. God bless. by @katapolt17

RBC Granfondo 2025 was amazing!! by @katapolt17

Another unforgettable ride in the books! 🚴🏾‍♀️✨
From Vancouver to Whistler — we showed up, showed out, and crushed every goal along the way! 🙌🏾

This passion for cycling keeps pushing me, teaching me, and filling me with so much gratitude. Blending my love for travel and cycling has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. 💫

Grateful for my cycling family — from exploring the city together to pushing boundaries on the road, every moment is a lesson and a gift. Until the next adventure! 🫡💛 by @katapolt17

We did it! 🚴🏽‍♀️💛
Another incredible Bike for Brain Health in the books! This was my 4th year riding, and each time, someone new shares that a loved one has been diagnosed with dementia. It’s a powerful reminder of how widespread this is—and why this ride matters.

I’m grateful to play even a small role in raising awareness and funds for brain health.
Huge thanks to everyone who donated! 🙌🏽

And good news—it’s not too late to contribute! The ride may be over, but the link is still in my bio if you’d like to support this important cause. 🧠💪🏽
