Ohhhhh fuuuuusion 🥺💖 endorphins, sweat, smiles & a heart full to the brim Saturday night at Palapa Bar was one of those unforgettable moments 🥹Returning to Fusion for the first time since 2023 was incredibly emotional. Even in the middle of a heatwave, everyone looked after one another. There were hugs and familiar faces everywhere, strangers became friends and there was so much kindness on and off the dance floor. It reminded me exactly why this community means so much to me.Ending the set with my own track felt like the biggest leap of faith and your reaction made it one of the most meaningful moments I’ve ever experienced behind the decks... I still don’t have the words. The cheering, the applause that just wouldn’t stop, your smiles and your energy completely overwhelmed me in the most beautiful way 💞I left that night with tears in my eyes and a heart fuller than ever. Thank you for dancing with me, for trusting me, for screaming, clapping, smiling and sharing this moment.I still can’t quite believe it happened.Now off to Switzerland ❤️See you Saturday @klausclub_zh 💖🪩 by @kataya_______

About a decade ago, I came across Fusion with a bunny in my arms, completely overwhelmed by the magic of the place ✨ (—> see the last slide)I never imagined that one day I would return not only as a visitor, but also to perform my own music there 🥺And honestly? I almost didn’t believe it this year either. I didn’t apply and wasn’t expecting anything, but somehow life had other plans 💜Next Tuesday, I’m handing in my Bachelor’s thesis. It’s been a long road, as I’ve had some very hard times in recent years. The day after, I’m catching the shuttle to Fusion & it all feels so surreal 💖What makes me happiest is knowing that this weekend, I’ll be playing one of my own tracks on a dance floor that has meant so much to me for so long. I put all my heart into this track and worked through a lot of pain, but it came out with so much happiness. 2024 nahm Kataya uns mit auf eine unvergessliche Reise durch ihr Space Disco-Universum und verwandelte das Tiefe Holz in eine kosmische Parallelwelt voller sassy Grooves, verspielter Sounds und ganz viel Bounce.
